Desperately needing a color, we drove by this salon, and my husband knocked on the door. They were closed, but a very kind woman opened the door, and gave us the business cards of several stylists. We chose one, Billie, and texted her to book an appointment. She responded back within just a few minutes and we were scheduled for a few days later.

I arrived, and was greeted warmly by Billie. She had lots of questions about my current hair and products, the kind of color that I wanted, sample pictures…very attentive. For the next 3 1/2 hours we chitchatted while she took worked a great miracle on my damaged unruly hair, including a great color and highlights a scalp massage and hair washing a little trim blow dry and putting in some lovely curls. She has been in the biz for over 30 years and truly truly truly is an expert. The result was exactly as I wanted and even better. I’m so happy that 12 Bridges got a stylist right here in our neighborhood as talented and fun/ nice as Billie!!

I have been going to Lincoln Salon & Spa for several years. The Salon is always clean and tidy. They are super meticulous with the pedicure facilities. It is always busy with men and women getting haircuts, color, hilites, etc., as well as all types of nail services. Each hairstylist and nail technician deals directly with their own clients. You get personalized service every time. Highly recommend!

I went to Lincoln Salon based on a recommendation from a friend. I have been feeling a bit low lately and was looking for a bit of a 'pick-me-up' haircut. I have thinning hair that I color at home - I was a little embarrassed to have a salon see me but my friend said Billie was amazing so I booked an appointment.

Wow.

Just Wow.

Not only is the aesthetic of the space gorgeous but what an experience! Like walking into a high-end spa at a hotel... I was blown away by the 'white glove' service!

Starting with the coffee and treat/chocolate bar right at the front door (what more could a gal need to chillax into a hair appointment), I was met by a super friendly team at the front desk. My stylist, Billie whisked me away to her workspace which was well-lit and very comfortable. Some salons I've been to are just a cacophony of noise and dark areas where I never feel like I can a) relax-think-hear and/or b) see what is happening to my hair until I'm done and already outside.

So, beyond the space, Billie, was just amazing. It was not just a cut-and-done appointment flip. I genuinely felt like I was her only client that day. I never felt rushed and when we discussed my haircut, we KEPT discussing it through each stage and even went back and took more off. I didn't ever feel like I was STUCK with what we had originally agreed to do. Billie gave me every opportunity to weigh in on the cut while still being a confident, educated expert in her craft. I loved it. Even the shampoo area was relaxing; high-end furnishings and thoughtful designs that focused on client comfort were everywhere in this salon.

I can't wait to go back.

I'm always a bit nervous when I move to a new place and need to find a new hair stylist. Stephanie did not disappoint! She was kind and attentive, pampered me with a bit of a scalp massage before she began her work, and gave me a great haircut. The front desk staff were friendly and offered me some water for the short time I was sitting in the waiting area. I will definitely be back!
