Creators and purveyors of American made artisan grooming products. The shop has an actual “lab” in back where they make a wide variety of exceptional products (VERY COOL). The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and eager to meet you. The place is always clean and you can park right in front. The owners of the shop are there daily working hand in hand with the staff. The products they create and the services they provide speak volumes. Do yourself a favor, swing by and get a good look at what the American Dream is all about. Everything about their products has already been said, they're stellar, your hair won't regret it. This is a review based off their service skills. I received a mislabeled (different) product from what I ordered, the Lockhart's team was quick to respond after I notified them via e-mail. Lockhart's not only let me keep what got sent to me, but they also sent a small, albeit nice gesture after sending me the product I initially ordered (it even arrived in just two business days!). Best customer service and products ever! The owners are terrific people Steve and Nicole Lockhart, really make amazing custom products that have great hold and awesome scents. To people who say that it didn't work for them odds are they probably don't know how to style or use pomade properly. I would say they have a product for all hair types. love their pomade and will always be a loyal customer and proud member of the goon legion 🤘

This was one of my very first experience with quality pomade, and I'm grateful for that. Be aware though, like sellers of ANY consumable/perishable cosmetic products, they cannot exchange a used product (industry standard). But, they have a product for every conceivable hair type and will help guide you to avoid purchasing the wrong thing for you if you reach out before ordering.

Incredibly high quality products, made with care, and sold by a family carving out their piece of the American Dream with hard work; how can you not love that?! I greatly enjiy supporting small business, being producers of such a well-made product line makes that even easier.

Lockhart's is a staple in the pomade world and I recommend it for anyone looking for hair products. Steve and Nicole have excellent communication and are the kindest people. To get even further - their products are top notch and have some great scents. Fire & Brimstone, annual release, is by far my favorite.
