I usually dread going to the dentist, but Dr. Su and his team made me feel very comfortable. Tina the hygienist was especially attentive and patient with me. I’m so glad I found this office and great team.

I visited this dental group on 12/10/2024 for checkups, deep cleaning and installing a zirconia crown.

All jobs were done in a single visit by a very professional team including Dr. Kevin Su and Ms. Jolleen Tran (hygienist). I appreciate them for bringing me a happy smile with sparkling teeth.

Stay away from this dental group! I made an appointment with Dr. Kevin Su for a check-up because they accepted my insurance. Still, somehow, I was presented with a 5k bill with many unnecessary recommendations, such as deep cleaning, pulling wisdom teeth, and fillings that other doctors later told me were unnecessary.
Dr. Su told me my teeth were not that bad, so he would give me a discount on a deep cleaning. If they're not that bad, why force it?!

The process of finding a new dentist can be very anxiety provoking and people who know that and use that to their advantage don’t deserve your money. If you are leaving the office with anxiety and not being sure about whats being suggested is needed, there is a very high chance that something is not right.
Dentists who are honest and don't simply want to distort you for money do exist! They take time to tell you what is abseloutly necessary.

Now here is some of my suggestions that will help you to save and not spend unnecessary money on your teeth’s:
*If your tooth needs work - there is a very high chance you are experiencing discomfort and pain in your mouth. Most of honest doctors tell you to come back when you have pain - unless you are due for 6 month check ups.
* if the docotor is suggesting deep cleaning when you had your cleaning even couple of yrs ago, your radars should go up! I’m not saying all the doc that suggest that are trying to distort you but forcing deep cleaning because regular cleaning is completely covered by insurance and frankly way cheaper is common by doctors like this.
*last but not least- avoid dental groups and go to privet dentist offices- people who run their own bussiness and their bussiness is small are usually more trustable.

It’s hard to find any medical practice where you get a sense they care at least as much for you as for their finances, but this is one such practice.

While all interactions with Dr. Su and Dr. Teng, technicians, and staff have been friendly, warm, and trust-instilling, a particular incident is noteworthy to me.

I was seeing Dr. Su, who had the endodontist make a crown for me. Then I left to go overseas. Very shortly after, the crown cracked (Dr. Su was not at fault for this). I spoke to Dr. Su to inform him of the urgent problem. He told me that when I return to the US, he would fix the crown for me and I would be refunded the cost of the original crown. As I live overseas now, it wouldn’t be for nearly a year before I’d return. When I finally saw Dr. Su again, he asked me about the crown and reiterated that he would refund the cost. He did so without my prompting; I had yet to even make any mention of the crown. He remembered and followed through on his promise—from a year before.

Today, I saw Dr. Teng for the first time. I assumed I’d see Dr. Su, but apparently he’s fully booked for quite some time, for very good reason. I was told there is now an additional dentist at the clinic, Dr. Teng, so I saw him instead. And I’m grateful I did, as he possesses all the same qualities as Dr. Su: kind, patient, wonderful clarity and ease of explanation, and better looking than me.

And perhaps the best reason to come here is that in this strip mall, just a 30 second walk opposite of this clinic, is a boba shop, where you can destroy all the good work the kind people at this dentistry just did.

Everyone at Dr. Su’s dental office was so friendly and such a delight compared to my past dental experiences! From the receptionists, to the lady who took my X-rays, the dental hygienist and dentist! I’m glad to finally have a dental office where I feel comfortable.

All the doctors and the hygienist are amazing my only reason I am not putting five stars is because of the receptionist mainly the two girls they aren’t very helpful and they do not give out accurate information I will have to speak to an doctor in order to get the help I need Austin another receptionist is very helpful the other two ladies need more training.

Dr. Teng and his team, Lee and Barbara, were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took care of me in a timely manner, cleaned my teeth thoroughly, and gave a treatment to make sure my gums are in good shape. Wendy discussed all costs with me up front, and Dr. Teng made sure I was informed of the recommended treatment. Choose this office if you want a friendly staff with top-of-the-line care!

I’m so glad I found Dr. Su and this office! Going to the dentist is one of my least favorite things to do but everyone is so friendly! I appreciate that everything is upfront and they review any fees so there are no surprises.
