I had an amazing experience at Lou Koko! The sugaring process was so gentle on my skin and much less painful than I expected. Anita was incredibly professional, made me feel completely comfortable, and explained every step of the process. The salon was spotless, and the results were fantastic. This full service salon is a hidden gem in Lake County! Beautiful salon with high quality service and products. I have thick unruly hair and the R+CO products they use and sell here are clean and work amazing on my hair! Check it out you won't be disappointed!

Beautiful and friendly salon offering every service you could need! Very tasteful and clean design. Feels like a little slice of Napa in Lake County. I had my nails done by Amber and a spray tan by Stormi. Both excellent quality and I can’t wait to try out more services in the future!

The only salon I would go to in Lake County! Classy and clean. Stormy was detailed and talked me through the whole process of giving me a trim, and curtain bags, since she knew I was not wanting much taken off. Great customer service too! I look forward to booking more services they have to offer.
