Horrible service and experience. I went to purchase my first Christmas tree for our new home, what started off as an exciting event was quickly ruined by this stores horrible customer service. I was over 45 minutes to be helped. I was ignored when I asked for help twice that I had to take matters into my own hands and call the store to speak to a manager, then someone FINALLY came and assisted me. I called their corporate office and left a message and no one’s gotten back to me so I can see the lack of efforts goes all around. The store was not busy as there were multiple employees just standing around chatting, I even saw an employee riding the store cart around the store goofing off. I’ve purchased all of my new homes appliances at Lowe’s so I am truly disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least.

I went in to return an air compressor and was told I couldn’t. Very disappointed in my experience. The lady doing the return was also very rude and when I asked her to clarify on the 48 hour return policy she was no help. She was ignoring me the whole time I was asking for clarification. Do not recommend buying anything from Lowe’s. Home Depot will have better customer service.

Came in to get some outlet piping for my dryer guys were helpful. But on checkout I paid for a bag and was charged for one. When I asked for one from the attendant she said “ we are out”. No refund nothing else. A sign would have been nice especially if they knew they were out of bags.

I had a Craftsmans wrench break and I went to return, and the young lady at the counter just told me to go and get the replacement , exchanged it and out I went. As always Lowe's is great place to shop.

I had my refrigerator delivered yesterday. The guys that delivered it were pretty quick. However, I didn't realize that they hit my wall and dented it. I understand the fridge is heavy and hard to maneuver but I didn’t like the fact that the guys that delivered it didn’t mention it or apologize. Also, they never gave me my manual for the fridge. Overall, I’m a little upset with my experience.

This Lowe’s is 50/50 staff wise. Some days we go in and staff is helpful, cheerful other days it’s the complete opposite. Dominique and Chris are the worse. Dominique always has a bad attitude and makes you feel like a burden. We literally stopped going to Lowe’s because of how uncomfortable she made us feel at check out. Even the other customers were surprised at her poor attitude. However, there are staff there that are always a pleasure, Paula, Cartel, all the staff at appliances. As you can tell we used to shop there quite a bit.
