Bought a vanity mirror for my bedroom and the lights stopped working after five months. No incidents, just didn’t come on. Reached out to the company for replacement or repair and they declined. Crappy product for the price and poor customer service

I have always LOVED using Lurella products each item I get just gets better and better, I especially love their eyeshadow palettes and lip glosses, this picture is from one of the recent palettes I got called Electric City and this is only HALF of the colors that come in the palette cause I couldn’t fit all of them on just one arm! You will never be disappointed when ordering and receiving products from Lurella!

I’m so happy I finally got to go to the actual Lurella Store! I’m from Palm Springs so it’s far from me, but it was so worth the drive! Nick was so helpful and kind! He was able to guide me (it looks like a distributing center at first) and let me in the store to shop! Such a great company with wonderful staff, can’t wait to go back when I get the chance! ♥️

Great & Amazing customer service! I have placed various orders with them & quality of products are great. Today however I received my order one of the biggest haul I've placed with them. One of the 4 palettes I ordered came in with one eyeshadow broken. I sent them an email & to my amaze they responded almost imminently. In a matter of minutes they resolved my issue. They are great & quick to expedite the concerns we have. Highly recommend them.

U have reccomend them before to friends & family since I have the lash subscription with them. You get 3 pairs of lashes for just $19..99 a month. The quality of them, they could easily charge that for just one pair. I definitely recommend them. Great experience & great cutomer service who helped me out

Amazing products! Stay neutral palette, bullet brushes, lash glue, lashes, and liquid liner are my top fav!! Highly recommend every product, Great quality and prices! Shipping is extremely fast, I literally ordered and received within 2 days!! If you haven’t tried lurella products, I highly recommend you do 🙌🏻 Also, don’t sleep on the monthly lash and makeup subscription, you’ll absolutely love it!! You know our makeup is not complete until we put our lashes on! Their brushes have been my fav since I received them about a year ago!
