Employees are mostly mean
The big ones usually
There was one sweet girl but I didn’t catch her name
You guys need to train these employees better every single lush location has entitled employees do you hire them on purpose?
One time I poked a display jelly soap (display so you could wash with them) but all I did was poke it and she said be nice to our jellies
ur mad over display soap getting barley poked when its for washing ur hands…

Update: Came here to get refills. Bea helped me out today and gave me a great customer experience. Thank you Bea!

My wife and I come here to get angels on bare skin face scrub which makes our skin look very healthy, so we keep coming back for more. I also get the charcoal face wash which lasts a really long time so I highly recommend. The staff here is always nice, friendly, and happy to share information about their skin care products.

This place smells so good with all the natural ingredients they use. I highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I both went in today and we were helped by the entire staff. Giselle was our first encounter. She answered our questions with no hesitation and a lot of enthusiasm! Then, while shopping, we slowly started asking the other associates Cat, Becky and Sophie! All very knowledgeable with the product!! Just overall amazing customer service! Thank you, ladies!

I had a great experience with Sophie recently, they were so friendly and had answers to almost every question I threw at her. She sure knows her stuff, I have allergies and she was very quick to steer me safely away from anything that I might react to. I'm so grateful for their guidance around the store, which was clean and tidy. Thank you Sophie!

I love this Lush Store!! As soon as I walked into the store it smells amazing!! They have some really awesome vegan bath bombs and soaps!! I had a great time at this Lush location. Destiny is an awesome associate she is very kind and energetic. She made my experience really awesome!! I recommend this Lush store!! 😀👍🧼🛍

as long as we walked in we were greeted by Alex. She’s a doll!! loved her. she has my friend and i laughing the whole time and just showing us awesome products. she sold us on a lot of things. She’s great. Management you guys better keep her and make her non-seasonal!!! she went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed! definitely coming back 🙂<3

As I enter to the store, I was greeted by Alex. Me and my friend were browsing around and ask us for any assist. I ask her what was her favorite shower items like soap, shampoos and etc. She showed me few items and I instant love the items. She’s a pro at communicating with customers and personal feedback with the products. I enjoy having an conversation with Alex!!!!
