The lovely human who walked me through all of the Wicked products was PHENOMENAL! I really appreciated all of their time and knowledge today!

Unfortunately I was not treated with kindness or respect at the register. Someone who was actively assisting another guest saw me standing at the register waiting, and asked the two associates standing next to me to ring me up.

I was standing next to two associates chatting amongst themselves, and they saw me try to get their attention and blatantly ignored me. The person who rang me up clearly had an attitude about it.

I have never really been a Lush customer, and I definitely won’t be now since it was made clear to me that I’m not welcome.

I just have to say, I had the best experience ever visiting Lush today. Allison (aka Ms. Rub Rub Rub) was so knowledgeable and helpful, we felt so special today.🥹 We had an awesome time and learned so much about everything Lush has to offer!! We ended up leaving with a bath bomb, some hair care, and OBVIOUSLY some rub rub rub body scrub!! Needless to say, I can’t wait to go home and shower with all my new fun goodies!! Thanks yall💕

I would give more stars if I could. I was Helped by Miss Rowan, and she was absolutely fabulous. She really took time to find out my likes and dislikes, and she showed me several things giving me a lot of options. Her customer service deserves 100 stars for her way of being sure that she can give you many options that will work how you want even if, like me, you're extremely picky anymore. I will be making a visit back here on my way back through Denver, and if you're looking for the best place when it comes to body care products, this store is amazing.

Yeah so I walked in this store, need to preface this with I didn’t buy anything and started yapping about munching down on some GLENN COCO. This employee idk his name said I could and offered me the most normal looking spoon think something you’d eat your cereal with. So this wonderful man so eager oblige scopes up a little and hands me the spoon, to which I slurped that down; mmmm yummers. I plan on returning soon to ask for more, I want my spoon ready for me.
