I went to LUSH today for the first time in years!
🍌 I HAD to smell the Minions Banana shower cream, it didn't disappoint so I grabbed it!
I also grabbed the magnesium massage bars - one for after working out & one for before bed!

My experience was awesome, I was able to explore enough on my own that I didn't feel hounded, but I was also assisted when needed/necessary!

In addition to my review I'd like to say thanks and kudos to Lush for having a NO ICE ZONE sign on their door - I support companies who support my values.

A huge shoot out too Maddie and Jace for making Sophie feel special. We drive 5+ hours to get to Nationwide Children’s Hospital for treatments for my daughter. She had a HUGE assessment yesterday that took 4 hours and the only request was to go and “work at Lush” we have been coming to this store for years and Maddie had ALWAYS went over and beyond to make Sophie feel special, wanted and loved. Sophie has a lot of medical conditions due to being born at 24 weeks gestation. She is a twin and Avery loves coming too the store also!!! Columbus is HUGE with a lot of things to do but every time we go all Sophie wants to do is “Work” at lush and see her friends that work there.

So a HUGE shoot out to this store and Maddie especially for always being there for Sophie and helping take her mind off of all the things she goes through at the hospital.

Thank you LUSH!!! If you’re in Columbus, OH make sure to stop into this store in Easton Town Center their products are always amazing and it WILL be worth you time and money!!! 🫶🏼

I would give LUSH at Easton 10 stars if I could! We hosted our daughters 9th birthday party there and Josh and Goose were amazing! Everything felt very special and fun- timing and activities were perfect. Birthday girl and guests had a memorable time and she is ready to book again for next year.

Came to get a bath bomb. I love coming here. It’s fun to look at all the different soaps / products. So much more I still want to try! Also, the employees are friendly and helpful.

Came in morning of 9/7/24. Staff was amazing! Very informative and surprised us with two samples that we definitely will be purchasing full sizes of! Thanks for showing love to the fur baby he loved all the smells💙

I never leave reviews, but the workers at lush made our night!! They were so over the top nice! My kids keep talking about how much fun the face masks were. We love all of the products we bought too!

I recently went to lush to pick up some new body care products, I wanted new soaps and bath bombs. I was in the store for 15 minutes, no one greeted me when I entered the store, or offered me any assistance. Several people came in behind me who were greeted, I felt like my business wasn’t appreciated so I left the store without purchase. I did go to buff city soap down the street where I received polite service !

Had my daughter’s 9th birthday party at LUSH Easton this past weekend and it couldn’t have been better. The staff who helped before the store was even open to the public were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and were so great with the kids at the party. They guided them along in making a bath bomb and applying a clay face mask, as well as some other fun activities. The entire party was filled with fun and laughter, and I heard from multiple parents afterwards that they wanted to have their own adult parties there (which they do!). The kids at the party talked about it for days afterwards and commented on how cool and fun it was, and how nice everyone at the store was as well. Easily a 5-star experience!
