The very first moment I walked into the store, she gently approached me and asked what I needed. Together, we went throughout the store to help find me a perfect product for my hair loss and stress. She was very knowledgable about all of the products. Her warm smile and genuine enthusiasm made me feel really comfortable and welcomed 🤗

She is a walking hug and a ray of sunshine 🔆 I felt very lucky meeting her today, her good vibes followed me home!💗

This LUSH location is always a must!!! For context, I've been in a long distance relationship with my boyfriend, who lives here in California. Whenever I visit him, we tend to stop at this Lush for bath bombs! If the wonderful selection wasn't enough to keep us coming back, it has been the customer service!
During my last visit, I was welcomed by the lovely Aleysa! I struck up a conversation, asking her if they carried a bath bomb me and my boyfriend bought for Valentine's Day. I found out through Aleysa that it was called Tipsy Tosy, and she had some ready for me and my boyfriend!
We were so happy that we made a point to come back to ask for her name, which your sweet associate Maddy was happy to give out!

This is probably the worst Lush store I’ve ever been to in my life. The customer service is awful. I’ve been shopping with Lush for over 20 years and I’ve gone to the Newport Beach store, the Brea store, the Mission Viejo store in Northern California stores and have been exceptional except for this one.. The manager Ariel is the worst no Customer Service at all. Maddie is the only exception she’s amazing and will continue to work with her. But the store needs to get it together. There’s a girl Katie when I called to speak to Maddie she said she’s not available and that I could just keep calling back if I wanted to talk to her totally rude. Then the next day I try to get a hold of her and the same girl Katie answered the phone and said she’s not here today and I can’t give you her schedule there’s nothing I could do to help you sorry and hung up the phone on me super rude. Like I said Lush needs to know about this because this door is absolutely horrendous.

I have a great experience every time I come! The staff are the perfect level of attentive without bothering you too much. They also have excellent recommendations, last year a gal recommended the Outback Mate soap to me and I'll never use anything else again. Always super friendly and personable too. I'll keep coming back!

The moment I walked in they were very attentive, welcoming, and insightful about products I needed. My wife loves the store. However, Nov/2nd night time; the lady with the pride/proud sticker was rude with no smiles and made us feel unwelcome. We shop there there all the time. This was the first time we felt unwelcome.

me and my friends booked one of the parties that lush was doing and it was an absolute blast! we did the fun and games and the treat yourself pack which included fun interactive games with soaps, and then being able to test out different face masks, it was so much fun!! all thanks to our amazing guide and staff, alyza and griselda! they were so nice, sweet and really brought the fun to the party! highly recommend trying this if youre looking for something fun and exciting to do!
