what an amazing team! every worker here had just the most beautiful energy. i spoke to the manager shelly about her team and she was so sweet and you can tell how much pride and love she had for her team and the atmosphere created. the amazing energy the team members bring on really makes it a special experience. thank you store 321!

Christine was amazing!! Super nice and friendly, even offered a free hand and arm massage with the massage bars! I think i got the coconut one it smells so good and it’s moisturizing. Great experience.

I've been going to this location since 2021. I was excited to learn that there was one being in construction since 2019. Usually, I have very exceptional experiences here. The associate, Kat (My apologies if I did not spell your name right), was a very attentive and understanding associate of my needs for products to combat oily skin. They helped me with a skincare routine that fits into my schedule and gave me a free sample of a body conditioner to use before if I choose to buy it.

Devin was SUPER kind, helpful, and thoughtful! It was first time shopping at Lush, and while trying to start my (long overdue lol) skin care journey, Devin was the perfect associate to answer all my questions and recommended great products that I can’t wait to use! Lush Cosmetics just earned a new reliable customer thanks to Devin! Also, “Ally” was a great cashier and recommended great products as well. Okay so I'm going to start off by saying every single person who works there is sooo friendly & helpful, especially Adrey!! (I hope I spelt her name right!) She was absolutely WONDERFUL & helped me discover new products i didn't even know LUSH had! I have very sensitive skin & it's super hard to find products that work for me as I cant do anything with sulfates; she took the time to not only find products that worked for my skin but also took time to answered all of my questions & explained how to use them! A++ customer service & I will absolutely be going back, THANK YOU ADREY!! ?
