I have been buying from this store for a while now ... I have always loved their customer service BUT TODAY whoever was at the cashier around 5-5:30pm was unbelievable telling me they dont have enough paper to wrap the soap i bought...those i will give and if they have to wrap ot individually then i think they should be able to. After it comes with the service. What if i have to store the rest? I mean just a piece of paper for na expensive soap...i think the store should have enough paper! Unbelievable!

I could not recommend their products more! Sustainable packages, natural ingredients, magical scents and fun colors… and they actually works great! I mean what else do you need!? It’s time to ditch the plastic bottles and put chemicals on your body and the planet. Pictured: face cleansers, shampoo bar and conditioner, some samples they give.

Nice employees however experience felt rushed and awkard due to 3 staff members observing me and bombarding me with products I had zero interest in. Furthermore I was not given any samples not even 1. Will not be going back to this location.

I came in looking for a gift on July 9 around 6pm. I informed the employee on duty that I was looking for a prewrap gift and she didn't mention any sales or discounts to me. I overheard her inform other customers the sales they had and the 50% off gifts. I'm not sure why she didn't think to mentioned it me and my hubby but it was upsetting she didn't care to mentioned it. I ended up just asking her which ones were on sale and purchased one sale and one regular priced item. Either way please inform everyone and not a select few what sales you have!

The staff were so welcoming when I went in today! Charles is an absolute SWEETHEART! I just came in to exchange some pots for some of my regular items and had zero problems unlike I had in other shops! 10’s 10’s 10’s across the board!! Will definitely be going back even though it’s a bit of a drive for me!

I had a pretty pleasant experience up until I went to the cash register. Her employee Number is 1012545. The girl who checked me out was being very nice at first , but then noticed my tattoo of Kimi (ah puch, he has many names but it's the mayan god of death) and when she asked me what it was , I told her. She proceeded to, in her mind, correct me and tell me it's a Noel (whatever that is) and that he noel is (she proceeded to name whatever deity was relevant to her) and was telling me , no, and trying to basically tell me what I had on my body. I was like well okay, that's interesting and left it at that cause I'm not to argue with someone about something that I KNOW and is on my body. She was like "YEAH buT iTs A NoEl". It wasn't conversational vibes, more of like a call out tone and idk what exactly she was even calling out in her mind. Not only was she being weird, but culturally insensitive at the same time. I'm el Salvadoran and honduran, and unless she's an afro latina i don't need your employee to give me a lecture on my culture and treating it like a damn zodiac sign . It was such an odd experience, and idk if the girl meant anything by it but just be aware. My experience would have been fine without her there honestly lol i just was like I'm excited to get my bath bomb and GO.
