Lush Cosmetics Scottsdale

This is a good Lush store. First, there's plenty of space in the store, it doesn't feel crowded like some Lush stores do. Their product selection and availability is excellent, and pricing is wonderfully clear. Staff were helpful but not overly helpful or as engaging as other stores. Still, they were nice, checked in with us during our visit and smiled a lot. Overall, a fantastic Lush experience. If you visit this store you won't be disappointed by the product availability and selection, and as always, it smells amazing.

I love coming in to this Store to Shop for my natural cosmetics as well as the Hair products. All of your staff is Friendly and welcoming. Can't wait to see if New products will be coming in for the Holiday Season of 2024.

Friendliest employees on my Tuesday afternoon visit today. They were super helpful in explaining products and making me feel welcome. My favorite part was the free sample. The employee gave me, it helps me find so much of my favorite products and purchase them! It’s something that’s never expected, but always appreciated as a loyal lush customer. It elevates the experience. Sweetest employees, best products, and amazing customer service that always goes up a notch. Thank you for always making your customers feel special and for your generosity!

I love lush! All the employees are sweet and helpful and the soaps smell amazing! I wouldn’t call them cosmetics because they’re not really makeup besides a few little things like lip scrub and a lip butter. I love the shampoo bars, they are no residue hair care and restored my hair after all that chemically hair junk that gets stuck in your hair from the regular store. They are worth the money. Love the shower gels and all their fun smells. Shower jelly is cute and fun ! It feels great on the hands. Bar soaps are amazing smelling. I think this store is worth the money and great for pampering yourself and gifts for women and men.

My wife and I came in to this store in the Scottsdale Fashion Square tonight while on our honeymoon. The two girls working were so nice to us, that it actually made our night. My wife can not stop talking about how thoughtful they were by congratulating us on our honeymoon, and how helpful they were with the soaps. I am personally not a connoisseur of cosmetics however, I will always remember the great customer service.

It's a great place to get cosmetics for yourself or someone special. They have a wide range of items from skincare to bath aids. They're handmade with names and dates attached to the products. It's also animal testing free

Ashley is super helpful! I wasn’t able to get her name the first time she helped me with finding the perfect shampoo & conditioner!! She really explained everything too and was super helpful. I came in this time knowing what I wanted but I saw her and was able to get her name! She’s fantastic. I got the purple shampoo bar, and the American dream conditioner. It really has changed my hair. I was so hesitant but man she got me! I love this lush since it’s a lot bigger & it’s worth the drive especially for the workers. Definitely more friendly than other locations :)
