I don’t think I’ve ever left a review for anything or any store, but my experience at this location today was so bad I felt I had to. I went in to do a return with a receipt that the customer service representative on the Lush chat was able to provide me with as I didn’t get a physical copy at the time of purchase. The receipt I was provided by customer service was fairly small (which I pointed out in the chat) and they said that it would be fine and that if there were any issues in store the store rep could get in contact with them. Well I guess it was an issue. The store manager said he couldn’t work with that receipt but that he could do an exchange for something of equal value. Well I didn’t want an exchange I wanted a return that’s the reason I reached out to customer support prior to the visit so that they could provide me with a receipt. Well it went downhill from there the manager was SO condescending and unwilling to listen. I was trying to reread the emails from customer service so that he could see that I wasn’t lying and that they did say that receipt would work. Instead as I was trying to read the emails he said well I’ll leave you here with food for thought with a smirk. I then said I’m not trying to be difficult I just want to do the refund. He says I can’t do that you can reach out to customer service and they can help you further. I said I already did but that if we could call together. He said they’re not open but I can give you their number. He then proceeds to say tell me when you’re ready I ask him if he can write it down for me which seems to get him upset. Again with the condescending tone and facial expressions. I then ask for his name just in case they ask for it when I reach it and he says they are not allowed to give that information as store policy. I said “really?” I find that very odd as it’s custom to say our names in customer service positions. He said yes for our safety. Safety? I’m not yelling, disrespecting him, or threatening all I’m asking is for a name to give to customer support IF they even asked for it. He said just tell them you spoke to THE store manager with an emphasis on the. I said is there another one where it might confuse them? He says NO I am THE store manager. I said okay and walked out. This whole experience was very unprofessional and disappointing to say the least. I really hope he receives training in customer service and how to properly treat others. To ownership this is concerning as representatives like this could potentially have an impact on customer return. BTW after looking at the reviews from this location his name is James.

This locations employees were amazing tonight! I went Christmas shopping with three crazy kiddos. Went inside and Jasmine took it upon herself to show and demonstrate bath bombs for my kiddos to keep them busy while I was able to actually shop. Victoria then was able to help recommend amazing products and I found the perfect gift. I was checking out with James and he was so awesome! Gave me a little sample face mask to try! As we were leaving, Jazzy was showing my kiddos the very very cool jelly soap and even gave them a tiny sample piece. Definitely will be back for more! Especially since my kids are obsessed now! Awesome team!!

This lush location has been a let down too many times. Twice they messed up my online order, my fault I should’ve checked before leaving. I started ordering from Lush.com. Twice I wasn’t happy with one of the smells and both times encountered rude management when trying to simply exchange, you cant even speak without them talking down to you. They treat you like your online receipt isn't a “real receipt” and like to mention that many times when exchanging, I love lush, I use it all year long, and receive it as gifts all year long so its a bummer to have these experiences. All of the other workers are so sweet and helpful though!

I walked in to this store the other day just to browse. I was greeted by Tessa, a super sweet employee who took the time to show me different products and was patient with me as I asked her a million questions. I ended up purchasing a product she had showed me later that night for in-store pick up. Her professional, kind demeanor was so wonderful I had to write a review. I cannot say enough good things about James and Chris at Lush Temecula. We had my sisters birthday here and it was a blast. James and Chris were amazing hosts they kept it fun, informative and entertaining. We got to play games and learn so much about the company. Truly one of the best experiences we have ever done. I will definitely be booking this again just because of James and Chris.

Finally, Products that are safe to use without PPD or PEG. The staff was amazing and knowledgeable. The manager, James, really knew his products and was incredibly helpful. The customer service was excellent!!!
The products were exceptional! Highly recommend if you have allergies or are sensitive to chemicals in your products.
Store is very well kept and clean.
Excellent stop for gift shopping too.

Store managers rude as he'll and his employees are the same rude and don't care about the customers just want you to get in buy something immediately and leave fast as you came in! Don't bother buying anything from these extreme democrats!
