Nurse Trisha was amazing, she made me feel super comfortable every single session. She’s professional, kind, and really knows what she’s doing. I was a little nervous at first, but she explained everything clearly and helped me feel at ease.

Best service ever. Trisha RN is so knowledgeable and amazing at answering all questions. She is also Dietitian and very knowledgeable. My previous shots made me so sick all the time but these injections have no side effects and this team really cares. I have to say that this medical spa has amazed me. I’ve previously had laser treatments at another place which were painful and unsuccessful; however, I got amazing results after 2-3 sessions here. They made it easy and pain free. The nurses are also very sweet and knowledgeable which makes the experience so much better. The facility is clean and the machines are top of the line. Omg I was so nervous, and immediately Trisha picked up on it and reassured me the process and safety precautions. She walked me through everything and gave me some good “distractions” (a stress ball, reclined med chair, cool air and constant conversation). And just like that the first session was done! During the laser (for me) wasn’t as bad as I suspected. On the way home I felt some burning which lasted about 45 minutes in total. Not bad at all. Only a couple blisters a couple days after. I kept it covered on the airplane as to not accidentally break them. Trisha reached out a couple days later to check in (amazing CS). About a week later you can see the progress on how well it works. So far so good!!
