AMAZING JOB! My family has gone here for years and we always love the assistance we receive. An educated, well balanced, respectful view on many different fragrances. Bought 2 perfumes from there. When I checked out nothing was said about their no refund policy. I left and within 5 minutes I tried to return both of the perfumes because I realized I didn’t like them as much as I thought I did. Went back to the store, they are unopened and asked for a refund. The lady working said they only do exchanges and no refunds it says it in the bottom of my receipt. I asked her why she didn’t tell me before I bought them. She said that was her fault and there was nothing she can do. That is bad customer service how are you going to tell somebody that it’s your fault you didn’t mention that before buying over $200 in products. She didn’t offer to fix it by calling her manager she just said her fault and nothing she can do. I would not be returning unless the manager says they can accept my return as it has not been opened. This place is sketchy and beware of their no refund policy.

Edit: I was only in to browse around and the cashier working was insistent on showing me multiple perfumes, would not tell me the prices upfront when I’d ask and instead insisted she could only tell me if I chose one or a bundle to purchase. All she brought down were products I had not heard of, and were so overpriced that I can get directly from that seller for 75% less. Then, when I did not buy anything, she was pushy in making me hand over my phone so she can put in the review before I left, and initially gave them a 5 star review. I tried to decline and let her know I’d leave a review later and she was insistent she have my phone to do it herself. This was overall odd, uncomfortable and too pushy for my liking. She said it was her first day on the floor, if this is the case whoever trained her does not follow a good model. Anything on here that is 4 stars plus I can guarantee they put in themselves, considering this is what happened to me.

HORRIBLE customer service, any questions asked we answered with rude short answers or told I couldn’t afford, limited selection and way overpriced, would not recommend and will not be coming back. Watch out for the good reviews that are fake and probably half of their product.
