We purchased the Package 2: Basic relaxing Headspa. Unfortunately, the service we received was not what we were expecting. We arrived early and stated we had an appointment. No other confirmations or conversations took place and we changed into the tunic/towel to get started.
Started out with brushing the hair then using two tools for head stimulation and then started a facial- which is listed as optional on our package. This facial consumed most of the appointment time. I kept waiting for them to switch to the hair.

The hair washing was nice and they did use the halo ring but due to all the time consumed with the facial, there was no massage at all. Once finished, they did not fully dry our hair and used brushes that were returned to the same holding container. While I did see sanitation supplies, I’d be concerned about the sharing of those brushes. I would not recommend this business without some modifications.

I recently visited a herbal Chinese head spa and had an exceptional experience.
Despite being close to closing time, they graciously accepted me and never made me feel rushed. The staff took their time to ensure I received the full benefits of the treatment.
The service was excellent, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a top-notch head spa experience!

Absolutely fantastic!!!! I had an appointment for the 60 minute treatment and it was incredible. It's like a massage, facial, and hair wash all at once. Every aspect of the treatment was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable. I will 100% be coming back

10/10 experience. I had the luxury scalp massage with my two friends and we all LOVED our experience. We had no idea what to expect and were all amazed with how in depth the entire session was. One of the best hours of my life!

Got the self care package. $110 per person annd only a little over any hour for the entire thing. Honestly I wouldn’t even give this place one star. It was such an underwhelming experience. The entire time each part of the service felt rushed and not enough. Even the massaging of both the legs and arms felt short and rushed. They did not massage good; it felt like they were just rubbing your limbs. Both the girls servicing me and my partner did not know how to do anything calmly and were quite frankly loud and talkative. It was like they were scrambling to get all their supplies in order. They barely focus on your scalp. With all the miscellaneous massaging of your arms and legs and hot stone, they barely spent 10 mins on deep shampooing and conditioning your hair. I’ve gone to so many Chinese scalp spas in San Gabriel that are cheaper and way more caring towards your scalp condition. I came in expecting to not have as much dandruff if anything I left with the same amount. They barely scrubbed or cleaned any off of my head. It’s not like I was a walk in customer I had a reservation and it still felt like the workers were underprepared for the service. My partner had changed after me which in turn started their service after me but finished the hair scalp service AND got their hair blowdried before I was even done. They do not time the service very well because not both people will finish at the same time. Not worth your money if you’re looking for a scalp spa treatment salon I would say this is more of a massage salon given how little effort they put into caring for my scalp.

The services were great and they were very attentive. I would have to say, it is not friendly with people with textured hair. I was recommended this place and I asked her if they know how to treat curly hair, she said yes they do. Other than the hair drying, everything was great. If you have curly or thicker wavy hair just opt out of the hair drying. My scalp and hair feel so good otherwise.

Found this wonderful headspa thru an IG video. It had so many good reviews that I had to try it out. It wasn't close to get to for me, but what the heck. The price for the service I was interested in & reviews was worth the drive, and I do have to say I left relaxed & rejuvenated that I felt likw I was on a clod. I slept like a queen with beautiful dreams. I would definitely go again even though it was a 50 min to an hr drive for me
