I’m barber and every spot I tried was closed for the holidays. This store truly saved my day, I never knew they opened a shop in Fresno until today 💯💯. I never leave reviews but honestly the customer service was great the guys working there were all so nice and even gave me a discount since I have my barber licenses. Great people, great store this store will be my go to from now on 🙌🏽💎💯

my white friend was kicked out the store for “stealing” and they kicked her out and they said she can’t come back and she wasn’t even stealing. She put the thing in her pocket because she was looking at items and she doesn’t want it in her hand the whole time and they told her that she stole before, but she doesn’t even live in Fresno And I don’t know who they got her mixed up with or whatever but she did not step foot in that store before and she wasn’t even stealing but overall the stuff is pretty nice in there and I feel like the price is pretty good but they should not have been doing all that and that’s just messed up she Wasn’t even stealing I feel like they were just Stereotyping her because the way she was dressing because she lwk did look like a bum and I just don’t think it’s right that they were accusing her of the wrong thing and didn’t even try to hear her out or anything

I was holding false lashes in my pocket and the manger told the employee to kick me out First of all I wasn’t even at the cashier yet and I was just looking at the clothes.Also, they were speaking different languages while talking about me and I found it very disrespectful.Last thing, the false lashes were 1.99 but it came out to 7 dollars when my cousin bought them for me after I went out They said I wasn’t allowed again when I wasn’t at the cashier yet so i rate the overall a 1.Good stuff in the store but make sure they don’t charge you 5 dollars more!Horrible service

I have never been inside this place but I wanted to take my wife but anyways i parked my vehicle in front of O'Reilly and they threatened to tow my vehicles away lol well what they thought was my vehicles...So I suggest no one too go there unless you want them or the Jimmy owner next to them to tow yall vehicles. Why did an employee from the luxury beauty supply come over and said im just a tenant, but the Jimmy owner is giving you a warning to move before he gets the vehicles towed im just a tenant. So, just a heads up, yall. We weren't parked incorrectly either. We were parked just as the law says we were posted, too be. We took a video and pictures for proof because my wife is a military sergeant on maternity leave for just having our daughter. Never judge a book by its cover or ever underestimate
anyone. As I can see, they lie too! Talking about they, said it nicely

Terrible service. I bought 2 of one product. When i got home I notice that one of the products wasn’t the same so I went right back to the store. They would not let me exchange the wrong product although my receipt shows I had just purchased 5mins ago. One worker told me the receipt said no returns. Which I proved not to be true and he resulted to saying “gel” is a “chemical”. If thats the case everything liquid or solid in the store is a chemical. Terrible service and I won’t be back.

Really good prices and they have everything you need. The only thing is the workers don’t ask if you need assistance at all. I don’t want to be asked a lot but I would like to be asked. The guy at the register is really cool. It’s just a cool vibe in this store unlike some of the other stores.
