I called today to find out about an incoming sale event, after a few rings a gentleman answered and I asked him that question he took a message for the cosmetics salesperson I always deal with To my surprise I received a call from the gentleman that took my message to tell me that the person I left the message for wasn't working but he gave me the information I needed, I asked for his name to give credit for his great customer service and to my surprise told me he was the store manager Ivan. So refreshing to know the extra mile of customer service I received was so genuine it truly made my day in a positive way!

I like to shop there, it's in a convenient location with other businesses nearby, and a bus stop next to the parking lot. I have a bone to pick though: no shopping carts! Even Dillard's, Belk, and Nordstrom has them! C'mon! And be careful when I shop for shoes, I almost got got! Other than that, good quality, selection, and service

I went to shop at this Macy's last week . But we really had a bad experience, the whole time I was there shopping with my girls . A security guy they had , He was making us feel so uncomfortable and unwelcome. He decided to follow us all the way around, I believe, He should act polite and respectful. And try to act equally as He will act with other people..Overall experience that day I had a very stressful day, until a manager came and let him know my experience.. Don't know if we want to go back

It seems every time I go to Macy's these days, it's an unpleasant experience because they are so understaffed and the existing staff seem so miserable. Customer service is horrible if you can find a salesperson. Today I stopped by the perfume section to pick up cologne, knew exactly what I wanted, found the counter where this cologne was, and waited. And waited. And waited. There were no staff in sight. When a staff person finally walked by me, twice, he looked straight at me but didn't say a word, didn't nod or indicate he knew his job involved helping customers. I finally flagged someone else down and he told me to wait at a counter at the other end of the store, where I found the same jerk. I told him what I wanted and he didn't know if they had it, but I said "you do, it's where you saw me before.". So we walked across the store to that counter. He was miserable, rude and less than helpful the whole time. I've decided to avoid Macy's - it's not worth it.

Very upsetting... I bought something online receive totally the wrong item. (See Picts) came to exchanged for the item that I purchased and they not only couldn't help me... Had me call customer service, but they also didn't have the item. Very bad experience. Why have online purchase when they say they have your item, but are able to get everything wrong .
