Don’t bother coming here you will be waiting they only attend to the people they are familiar with and will leave you waiting like you’re not even there and call other people ahead they just walked in. Why make a list and not honor it. Unorganized.

Asked to get my hair dyed a light brown. Lady left it 3 different colors. She did a horrible job and I had to go dye it myself at home and ended up spending more money. She charged me very expensive aswell. I am not confrontational so I left and didn't come back to get it fixed. I do not recommend at all.

I made an appointment with ample was asked to be there by 10 am @ 10:30 I asked the status of my appointment, the person was given a phone call she did not sound apologetic at all she was on speaker and she said "if she wants tell her to wait..." I walked out!

Had an appointment with my stylist and she was falling behind schedule so she ask me if I was ok with someone else cutting my hair so that I wouldn't have to wait longer. I didn't mind, and I was happy she made arrangements with me in mind. And the person who cut my hair didn't do a bad job either.

Careful sign says no reservations on Saturday but it looks like they have ppl walk in real quick and they help its the third time this happens stay professional people, the stylist are great they left me fresh and good to party, its sad that they no longer offer any rewards program, the store is very clean.

They do not have a good system, they do not follow the list and they literally will skip you just because they know the person or are acquaintances. Very unprofessional and borderline sexist, always do the Man first even when there were women waiting way longer. Horrible.
