They are always so nice and professional! I was going to a different location and once I came here they made me feel so comfortable I've made this location my go to. They always do a great job on my threading and I recently started getting the facials here. Simone is the best! She's really sweet and makes the experience so soothing and relaxing. Definitely recommend scheduling your next facial here and getting your threading done here along with any waxing needs 🙂

The only thing I didn't like the fact that I had to tell them to clean the chair after a customer left. They tried to put me in the same chair without wiping it down. We are not over the flu season so they need to make sure that they are sanitizing the spaces.

I asked the tech to use the necklace option instead of putting the thread in her mouth and she said she didn’t use it. Another tech who has helped in the past using the necklace option also said she wasn’t not going to do the service. Both said the owner was not there. I tried to use the website to ask question and it would not allow any comments. Been
