I've been a regular customer at MagRoad for years now and I will not be back to the Broomfield location. Paul was the single rudest budtender I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. He was short with me from the second I stepped through the door, had an attitude the entire transaction, and more or less just shoved product into my hands without going over options. Which would have been great, because I asked for sativa strains, wasnt given any, and wasn't given any options other that what was shoved into my hands. Also gave me even more attitude when I asked to check the product before I bought it, something that has always been done without question.

I've never had this issue with the Boulder location and it disappoints me that I was treated this way here.

I stopped at Magnolia Road to get some My Brother’s Flower cream for sciatica, and some of the Wanda Sleep gummies for insomnia. Ian helped me both times I came in and he was fantastic! He answered every question that I had and was super knowledgeable about all the products that I had questions about. I had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend Magnolia Road to anyone. Plus I’m really happy with the products I bought - they work great!
