Oh my gahhh! I can’t say how much I enjoyed it! It was fantastic! Very friendly and professional! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and offered something to drink. My stylist (Kallie, I probably spelled her name wrong!) was the absolute sweetest! She did a fantastic job! I showed her what I wanted to work towards and she set a plan. And let me just say, that hot towel wrap in the shampoo bowl, oooooo so nice! Overall, Maiden is THE top tier salon in Laurel!

The energy of the entire staff was amazing. A lot of salons can give you the "we're too good for you" vibes, but the team at SR3 was so chill and kind.Also, my hair looks great! (The first time I've been able to say that in a while...) Janie took one look at a previous photo and knew what I wanted. Needless to say, I'll be returning. Thanks!

From the moment I walked in the salon until I left the salon I felt so welcome. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! I have Kinky curly hair and for the first time in my life, I have finally found someone that knows what they are doing! Kasha did a fabulous job doing a curly girl haircut and style. She is the BEST!!! She did a massage on my head while I had a mask on and that felt great! Also another tech came by and asked if I would like a hand massage while I was getting my hair mask done and she did a great job! Not only did I feel pampered, I felt Extremely relaxed which was just what I needed. Two members of the staff offered my something to drink as well. I have never experienced such a great experience all the way around! I will be back for sure!!!

I love everything about this salon! The atmosphere, the friendly staff, the shampoo with a head massage, hot towel, and hand massage, the skilled stylists (Kasha is the BEST!). I love this salon and haven’t been to a better one ever, and I am 52 years old! I do wish the products weren’t so pricey so I could afford to use them more often, but you get what you pay for and what I have used are amazing! I am a customer as long as the salon stands!

I am so happy to have found this salon! I have naturally curly hair and have been looking for someone in the area who could give a good cut. I found the studio and Kasha. I am very pleased with the cut she gave me and the pampering I received! This is the perfect salon! I was highly impressed and will Definitely be back! Very professional and a really all-around wonderful experience!

My first experience was wonderful. Great service, and I loved my hair color. The color did not stay and faded most of the way out by wash three. I called the day before my appointment for my six-week cut and color to ask if they would be able to do anything different to make the color stay. The receptionist was adamant about having me speak with the stylist the day of my appointment so she could talk to me about the process. I showed up for my appointment to find out the stylist had called in sick, and I was not made aware prior to showing up that she was out. Nobody in the salon really knew what the previous stylist put on my hair to make sure that it wouldn't happen again. I was given a new stylist who was sweet and put a color on my hair, not what I had before. I said I was fine with any variation of red. The issue this time is that my roots are gray, and I don't guess that my roots were even done! All my gray hair is still visible in front and on top of my hair.
