I was born with a cleft lip and palate. It was a very severe. I have been through countless dentist, most are just ok. I left another dentist before finding SABRINA. when I told her my goals, She went to work figuring out how to get me there. When we talked about how to get there, she says we will get you the dentures order on the next visit in 2 weeks.
I have never had a smile. EVER. In 1 short month, Mammoth Dental & DR Sabrina have changed my life. I HAVE NEVER BEEN HAPPIER!!

So grateful for Dr. Sabrina Cimerol! My son broke his front teeth (exposed root/nerves) in a bike accident while we were in Mammoth on vacation over a holiday weekend. I called around multiple offices and she was the only one that responded (after leaving her an initial voicemail). Not only am I glad she responded, but I am glad she was the dentist that we saw. She was extemely knowledgeable/proficient, so much that once we eventually drove back home and saw our local endodonist and dentist (for followup) days later, they were both impressed with her work and thorough writeup. She saved us for sure!

Dr Sabrina was very gracious with us. My 8 year old son was suffering from an abscessed tooth through the weekend. She returned our phone call on an early Sunday morning and sent a prescription in for him! She worked with us as we are cash pay. Felt very grateful that she would care enough to help us vacationers on a weekend!

I was on day 2 of an 11 day family vacation and had a terrible tooth ache. I didn't want to ruin our vacation so I tried to stick it out. Impossible, the pain was too much. Found Mammoth Dental on yelp and called. They took me right away. Had x rays done and had to extract. The office was really busy so Dr. Schrager sent me to pick up my prescription to save time. Got back and he extracted my tooth during his lunch break! He talked me through the entire procedure. He made me feel very comfortable and made sure I didn't experience any pain. The staff there are wonderful as well. They made a potentially nightmare situation on my vacation into a great experience! Around 8:30 pm that evening I got a call from Dr. Schrager asking how I was doing! My family comes up here a few times a year and I would make them my primary dental care if my insurance allowed! The staff at Mammoth Dental are beyond professional, they made me feel like family.

always very happy and OVERJOYED when leaving Mammoth Dental! (crazy to hear when leaving a dentist right?!) I have been going here for a few years now, due to moving to mammoth area, & switching dentists from LA to the eastern sierras from being a full time resident! Everyone apart of this office is very friendly, but still very professional! From the way the speak, the way they are dressed, & how elaborate the staff is on explaining mouth care & medication directions post surgery!
Dr Schrager is an incredible dentist, he does all the proper measures of sanitation, always makes me feel comfortable with his superb level of cleanliness as well while doing dental work! Dr, Summer, Ana & his staff are always connecting with patients & it shows how thoughtful, aware, concerned & in tuned they all are! I value that so much cause it shows their level of service & actually care about anyone who steps foot in their office!
I recently got my wisdom teeth removed, & was SO nervous! I thought it would hurt so much, but Dr Schrager numbed up my mouth after he knew it was ready to go & within almost less than 2 minutes both my top wisdom teeth I needed gone were OUT! I couldn’t believe how fast he was, & how embarrassed I felt for being so nervous for only having to lay there for 2 minutes of my life. I was THRILLED I didn’t feel a thing, it was so quick. I thought the next following days I’d be in pain, & be hurting, & I felt wonderful! Was at work the next day ready to go working a double!
I followed the proper measures I was encouraged to do by the staff & everything healed up beautifully!

Also the view from the office is always enjoyable to be staring at the Sherwins , you forget that you have Dr and assistants with metal tools in your mouth!, Always will & forever be the best dental practice I have ever stepped foot in!
It may take a little bit of time to finally get an appointment, but having minimal dentist in town catering to 10-20,000 people, you just have have to have the trust that you’re in the best hands & it is worth the wait!
Recommend for anyone who appreciates incredible service, & amazing dental work with happy friendly smiles all over the office!

My son’s braces popped out while we were up here. We called right as they were closing. The receptionist, Veronica, and the dentist, Dr. Sabrina, were very nice. Dr. Sabrina fixed his braces and we are so thankful for how compassionate they were to stay after hours to help our son. Thank you Mammoth Dental!!!

A very special and BIG THANKS to Dr. Schrager and his staff for seeing me this morning as an emergency patient. At the end of dinner last night, only eating a simple sandwich, my front veneer popped off! If it was Halloween, I might have gotten away without a front tooth. Walking up the beautifully landscape front path to the dental office, I couple feel a calm coming on. Dr. Schrager is very, very busy, but thankfully helps those in need! THANK YOU!!!
