Gina was AMAZING! She's semi-new as a nail tech to Mane, but she's a keeper and an asset to the company.💅🏽 I hate having my nails done ANYWHERE but she's the only one I will ever let do my nails again! ☺️ 5 stars, go book an appointment with Gina and I promise you won't regret it! She's SUPER creative, so if you like something unique, she's willing to accommodate.

Mikayla was so knowledgeable and did an excellent job on my cut and style. Very supportive, friendly, and adept in her hairstyling skills. This salon is bright and has an open floor plan which added to the experience overall. Services were also very well priced

Update to the owners response to my review. She did offer to have me come in until November 1st. Unfortunately, between two jobs and being a mother, I do not have the time in the next few weeks to commute and sit for hours. I understand putting a refund policy, but what I asked for and what I received, I should have never been charged. If she couldn’t do what the client asked, she should have said so. Honesty is the best policy! I find it comical she is going as far as saying hormones or medication can cause such a hack job! My advice is to take responsibility for the stylist’s lack of knowledge and experience. Customer service 👎

I booked an appointment for a full blonde balayage. I showed the stylist what I wanted. She said she could do it. When she was done, the blonde money pieces were a copper color and the rest of my hair did not change. I voiced my concern and she told me it was just the way my hair takes to bleach. I’ve been having my hair bleached for 20 years and that has never happened. She put a few more foils in and added another toner. My hair is darker than what I came in with. I voiced my concern again and she told me she didn’t know what else she could do for me. The other stylist said it would just fix itself? She also trimmed the front of my hair to shape my face. There is no angle, it’s cut straight across. I emailed my experience and photos to the owner. I understand product was used so I asked for a partial refund. She told me on their website it states they do not give out refunds and I could come back late morning on Tuesday. I cannot take time off from work, it took me awhile to be able to go this past Saturday. Of course I read the refund policy but I never thought I would have the experience that I did. You assume a stylist knows their profession. The owner told me my results are balayage and I should have asked for something different. I do not want to return to this salon and I have now wasted $160 for my hair to look worse. Photos for reference. What I showed the stylist, my before and after, and the trim. For a salon that put in writing that they strive for exceptional services, this is the complete opposite.

I was finally able to find some time in my schedule to get my hair colored yesterday. I have naturally dark hair and wanted to add some warm highlights. Unfortunately, the color didn't come out as I expected the first time(It was very ashy mixed in with grey; yikes) After a long sleepless night of googling and finding ways to fix my hair, I decided to call back the very next day to see if there's any way they can fix it. Ashely, the owner, was absolutely phenomenal. It's the day before Thanksgiving and her schedule was jam packed, but without any hesitation, she asked me to return so she can correct the color. She did her magic, and an hour later, my hair is exactly what I wanted initially! I am so happy with the result! She went above and beyond for her customer's satisfaction, and I would highly recommend her to anyone!!

I have been taking my daughters to see Ashley, the owner of this salon, for a few years now and have never once been disappointed. My daughters have very curly hair and Ms Ashley knows exactly how to manage it and makes my girls feel beautiful and special every single time!!!

Having been to dozens of hair-stylists over the years, and in different parts of the country, this is by far the BEST salon I have ever been to! I’ve been getting highlights, a cut, and style done by Ashley for about a year or two. I am beyond happy with the results every time! I absolutely love her! The overall atmosphere there is so friendly and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be any better in my opinion; Downtown Amesbury is lovely. Since I’ve started coming here I’ve gotten more compliments on my hair than ever before, so that’s really saying something!

I was not in love with my hair I recently had done elsewhere, and as a stylist myself, made it hard to not have it fixed. I called mid afternoon, and was able to get in with a stylist. To my luck, I had Ashley, the owner! She was wonderful. She was on her way out when I called and stayed to help me out. 3 hours of correction later, I LOVE MY HAIR!! Everything was super clean, everyone was super nice, and I will 100 % be back, for hair, or a massage, or nails! Thank you a million!!!

I was in the area due to a death in the family and wanted to get my nails painted in one of the signature colors of this family member. The salon is bright and the nail area is semi-private. Kiara was wonderful. She went above and beyond to ensure I had a memorable experience. She was gentle, did a great paint job, and was easy to talk to. I’d definitely go back!
