Extremely unhelpful with my case. They refused to do anything about it. I waited for months on end to even hear back. I followed up via email politely and often wouldn’t hear a response. I submitted additional documentation that they refused to review. Essentially, do not waste your time with Marathon County DA if your case is important to you. Please pursue a reputable attorney to represent you. Marathon County DA will only be a waste of your time and drag out the pain of your case. My eyes have been opened to what some individuals are allowed to get away with. I believe that if my case had been submitted in another WI county, that action would have been taken.
