Through a friend’s recommendation, we called to order American ginseng from them, and it was delivered the next day. The ginseng, with nice packed，also along with the instructions, and gift bag, were all included in the box. Since the price and quality were excellent, we went ahead and ordered more, which were also delivered the next day. Later, we realized there might be issues with bringing the ginseng into other countries, so we called them to inquire. They assured us that returns were no problem and that we could simply send the items back. After careful consideration, we decided to keep the products instead of returning them because we were very satisfied with the quality, price, and services.

Stopped by expecting a small shop, walked into a curators type musuem. Owner was very informative and knowledgeable. Learned a lot about ginseng from seed to final product, would definitely recommend stopping. Even got to ride the tractor!
