Marsh Family Dentistry is a wonderful family oriented environment. They make you feel welcome and care about their patients. Dr. Marsh is an extremely kind person and is not pushy with his treatments. My hygienist was awesome! She was gentle but left my mouth feeling the cleanest it has ever been. I cannot say enough about this place. If you are looking for a new dental office, this is the place to be!

Dr. Marsh and his staff are all great professionals who take the time to explain how to properly take care of your dental hygiene. My family and I have moved from Oshkosh, Appleton, and now to Neenah in the years we have gone to Marsh Family Dentistry because the drive is worth knowing you're being treated by someone you can trust. The entire staff was amazingly friendly and helpful during my recent visit. I was very nervous for my appointment as I had some dental concerns and have had bad dental experiences in the past. I was treated with kindness and within minutes of being in the chair was calm and relaxed. The service provided was perfect and I am actually excited for my follow up appointment! I have found the staff understanding and willing to help in getting my dental work completed. Good front office personnel who help in getting appointments and insurance information. Dr. Marsh takes time to explain what needs to happen along with what he is doing before starting something new. He has taken the time to answer all questions and understand the concerns i have had about dental work. The hygienist do a wonderful cleaning with great attitude as they work on your teeth. Great place to have dental work done.

Extremely happy with the staff and Dr Marsh. They are very professional and friendly. Very accommodating with my work schedule and helpful with insurance information. Set up appointment here 2 months ago, for October. I spoke directly with Dr. Marsh, because I have a complicated case. I was first turned down he said, because I have Delta Dental insurance, and they aren't taking any new Delta patients. So then, I said, "OK, I won't use my insurance then, and then he gave the okay for the October date for cleaning and exam. Then, he suddenly said he WOULD take my Delta insurance!

Today, For no apparent reason, he called again, and said he's not going to see me at all! He would not explain why, and I have no idea what's going on. Why would a doctor ambush a new patient like this, with no explanation?

I'm sure everyone that reads this can go out and find exceptional dentists anywhere in the Oshkosh area.! You don't want to have a dentist whom you put your trust in, to suddenly decide on a whim that he doesn't want to do complex treatment for you, "just because."

Weird, very weird. "Just sayin'."

Dr. Marsh, Michelle and the rest of his staff are all very professional and show great compassion and caring for their patients. As nervous as I was about some dental work, they eased my fears, answered all my questions and never appeared rushed. The procedure went better than I ever expected. I highly recommend Marsh Family Dentistry!
