We were unable to pick up my son’s prescription last night as the pharmacy had closed right as we got there (we were notified at 7:54pm it was ready). My husband went in right as they opened today to get his prescription. The woman working in the morning at the register was parent shaming, questioning why we were not there last night to get the prescription and that our son was young. My husband and I are both and were fully aware of this already. As a first time parent, we didn’t appreciate the way she came off. Don’t question someone if you don’t know their situation.

I have been getting my prescriptions filled at my Martins Pharmacy on Chestnut Avenue for years. Everyone there has always gone above the call of duty to make my experience the best. They are polite, kind and always greet everyone with a smile!

I called to get my prescriptions transferred and they told me they would take care of it, they took my information and the name of my previous pharmacy and number. But when I called back a few days later I was told I'm not even in the system and I had to take care of transferring my prescriptions myself which is not how it's done as I move frequently for work and every pharmacy I ever had transfer my prescriptions took take of the process themselves. This pharmacy has no idea what they are doing and they are poorly managed as they are unable to register patients properly and do prescription management.

I love Martin's Pharmacy. Everyone is incredibly kind and helpful. They take the time to find the best price for you. My husband and I both got our flu shots there this year and there was no wait and great service. Now we are getting our dogs meds there because they are so much less expensive than at our vets.

Review Update: I used to love it there but the new pharmacists they've brought in are extremely rude and unprofessional. I was humiliated by one of them in front of other customers. I avoid this pharmacy at all costs now and dread having to go there when my provider accidently sends my rx there.
