I was so excited to become a new client at massage heights. I went in and had a terrible experience. The staff is amazing, but "Moe", I believe is the manager or owner? Was the most rude person I have ever seen. She was treating her staff so poorly. It made me feel so bad for the people that work there. I witnessed her roll her eyes and walk away from a (I assume a therapist) before the therapist was even done talking with her. I ended up just leaving and finding a different place a little way up the road.

I just walked in and met the sweetest ladies ever who work here! Such a pleasure to meet Rayden, Jade, Jordan, Emily and Barbara!! Loved their fun Valentine's Day Event and I can't wait to come back! I had a 10min shoulder massage from the fabulous, Melissa and it was SUCH a relief after my flight home from Orlando! I'm so looking forward to bringing in Yellow Ribbon Fund Keystone Caregivers & Veterans to this location!! Thank you so much!

I was randomly assigned to Danielle for my first massage at Massage Heights. I am THRILLED that I was! I was looking for a deep tissue massage to help with low back and neck/shoulder pain. She was phenomenal! Her pressure was intense, but manageable & she knew how to move away from a tough spot and come back to it. She hit all my “trouble spots”. She definitely knows what she’s doing and is well versed at her craft! She matched my pace with chatting. I felt so relaxed when I left. This morning I’m a little sore in certain areas (as I would expect), but feel like a million bucks! I will definitely be going back to see Danielle and highly recommend her for this type of massage!

I have enjoyed two separate visits to Massage Heights, with both of my appointments being with Massage Therapist Debbie. The location, environment, and professionalism of the business is world class. I began to relax as soon as I entered the front door. In addition, Debbie is one of best therapists I have ever worked with. She is a consummate professional, very attentive to my reactions to various pressure/pain points and is always willing to adjust to focus on any problem areas I highlight. In short, Debbie is a rock star!

I had an amazing experience. It was a very welcoming environment. Harrison you’re amazing! Not once did I feel uncomfortable. Everyone was very professional and wonderful. The deep tissue with Harrison was awesome. He definitely listened and focused on where I was hurting. Just became a member so I’m definitely looking forward to my next visit.

This place is so comforting, soothing, and relaxing from the music, lighting, the aroma of the essential oils they offer, to the massage table. My therapist was unavailable, so Parker did my session. He was very professionaland did a fabulous job.

I paid for a 90 min massage , didn’t get the full time , was shorted nearly a third of my time, I was told over the phone and at the front desk when I showed up that I was going to get a “ Free “ Foot scrub because it was my “first” time there, I asked could I also get a foot massage aswell added on , sure thing they said so there I am believing I am about to get a 90 min massage , a “free” foot scrub and a foot massage. Rebecca was my massage therapist, she was very nice and she didn’t do a bad job but they hustled me on time and I don’t appreciate it at all , I was looking for a full time massage therapist too , I wasn’t just a stop in , I came really needing help and they hustled and lied to my face and here’s the kicker , I told the dude at the front desk and even showed him the time as proof as I was standing there , having gotten dressed and am standing there and it was still 10 mins before my 90 massage appointment was to end 3-430, and then no free foot scrub or the foot massage. The dude didn’t even apologies, charged me full price and that was it. It’s cool tho , I paid it and I wish them a merry Christmas and all the best but I will NOT , EVER come back !
I didn’t deserve that ! Shame
