Hannah is the most caring massage therapist I have had the pleasure of meeting! She worked skillfully and methodically to massage the tension from my upper body which had me in tears a couple of times. And not because I was in pain, it was the tension and emotion that she was helping to release. I highly recommend anyone to book with Hannah! She is a beautiful human and amazing at what she does! It has been awhile since my last review. The quality of service at Massage Heights Dublin remains fantastic. As with many places, they have experienced turnover in personnel, yet continue to provide friendly and professional services to their clients. I am always greeted with a warm welcome when I walk in the door. The highlight of my visit is my massage therapist Grace. She listens carefully to my concerns and provides the necessary treatment addressing my issues. I have been a long time member and will continue to be as long as Massage Heights Dublin maintains their quality of excellence.

From the second I walked thru the door I was greeted with professionalism and kindness. The front desk personal were so kind and friendly. The gentleman who gave me the massage was very helpful and had questions to make sure my issues were handled. Randy was his name and he was professional in every way. When leaving the concern from those up front was awesome. Everyone spoke highly of the management how they were treated and her name was Mo. The professionalism from the whole team was unbelievable. I love everything about this place! Dalton, Kari, and Liz are all absolutely amazing. After my appointment with Liz, I booked a 90 minute with her because 60 minutes just wasn't enough time. It was the most relaxing massage I've ever had. Very much neeeded to help relieve the stresses of teaching. I highly recommend this place, and the membership is awesome because when I have busy months and can't make it to the appointment, that massage rolls over. Everyone from the front staff to the massage therapists are super friendly and genuine.

Probably the second massage therapist I have had that I feel genuinely listens and does everything she can to address the areas/ reasons you’re in there for to begin with.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel very comfortable. However I was very disappointed in my prenatal massage. My masseuse was not very friendly and it lasted 20 minutes less than I booked, but the biggest issue is that I was on my back the entire time - at 25 weeks pregnant - which is not only uncomfortable but can also be unsafe during pregnancy. I was very hopeful that Massage Heights could be my new go-to for massages given how convenient the location is for me, but I will sadly not be returning.

Tyler and Marcus are phenomenal massage therapists! They really know their craft and do everything they can to make you feel as comfortable as possible during your service. My husband and I went in for a couples massage since we both really needed it, and it was an all around pleasant experience. Maddie at the front desk was also so amazing! Super kind and welcoming and she throughly explained each section of the waivers plus made sure we were as comfortable as possible while waiting for our service. We loved our experience so much we ended up purchasing a membership with them. Looking forward to our next service!
