I had a positive experience with the massage services at Massage Revolution and recommend them to anyone who could benefit. However, I wouldn’t suggest going through insurance with this office. The billing process has been frustrating, involving weeks of back-and-forth just to obtain invoices and clarity on payments. While the support staff is helpful, they often lack the answers, leading to endless phone tag with the billing team. Additionally, payments were made but not properly recorded, leading to repeated requests for already settled balances. I've never had such a difficult time trying to pay a business for services rendered.

Rachel, my neuromuscular massage therapist, hands are knowledgeable. She found every pain point and removed them. For me, it’s all about vibration; Rachel is a healer. Have been coming here for over a year. All therapists are excellent. I usually see Vivian, Natalia, and Shantele. I highly recommend it! The front staff are very friendly and professional. It's worth every penny.

Massage therapist was pleasant. However, the place was under construction dusty and cold. The massage room was an empty office space that had an awful stench of paint. My first thought was to leave and I soon realized that I should've trusted my gut instinct. This is not a typical relaxation massage place. If you want to smell fumes in a cold dusty room then this is the place to go. The reception did not bother to ask me how the massage went as I closed the visit. I ended up getting a headache soon after most likely from the smell.
