My friend asked for advice on hair for braiding, and then they sold her tracks. The most expensive ones 100 a pack. And then when the hair stylist said it was the wrong hair. She brought it back right away with in a hour. And they would not take an exchange. I understand policy. But they made a mistake and she put trust in them. Everything else at this place is great, but my friend was out 400 dollars with hair she couldn't use. I think they could have helped her they just didn't want to turn back a big sale.

I went here based on the reviews. However, the lady ended up given me “cousin” eyebrows and I had to
Go somewhere else to fix them. I am disappointed because I was swayed by the reviews but my eyebrows were uneven. Luckily the lady I usually go to (another place) fixed them.
This place cares about getting ppl in and out instead of worrying if their end product is amazing. Lastly, no gel or soothing gel was added to my eyebrow.
I won’t return. Waste of $2 dollar tip I gave!

Eyebrow threading review - First time getting my eyebrows threaded here and I’m so happy with how they turned out! In one short 5 min session she was able to fix my eyebrow shape and give me exactly what I was looking for (a nice full brow). Needless to say, I’m exited to go back for my next session 😊 Also, the store was clean and sanitized the chair and tools after each customer 👍🏼

I’ve been going to Maxim Beauty for two years now and I enjoy it. Everyone is so friendly, it’s clean and the girls that do the threading, are pretty quick. I recommend everyone to come and get their brows done or to buy beauty supplies, they everything you need.

I have been going there for years to get my eyebrows threaded and for beauty supplies. The employees are super friendly and helpful. All the girls there are very experienced with threading and do a great job.
