Do not book a massage for this spa online! They advertise in the Pinedale Inn and Suites where they are supposedly located, as well as having flyers in local area businesses. They provide a website for online booking. I booked and paid for a massage, including tip, online 5 days ago. I then received a text message from someone identifying as the massage therapist stating that the online calendar was not synced with her schedule and she had no availability on the day I had reserved. I inquired how to receive a refund and she told me to contact the hotel front desk for assistance, as she had nothing to do with the online portal for booking and payment . After having left several messages at the front desk, I received one message that my refund had been processed. However, I have yet to receive the refund. And I have left multiple messages for Tony the “owner” of the hotel with no reply. This entire experience feels very sketchy, and a front desk staff member even stated to me that since the Mazzi Spa supposedly opened in the hotel a few months ago, he had never seen anyone actually come or go from the spa. At this point I am questioning if this is actually a legitimate business. Extremely shocked with the lack of communication and integrity and that I apparently paid $100+ for a service never received. Unbelievable.

This is definitely a phantom business. By that, I mean I'm pretty sure it doesn't actually exist. Don't pay to book online, because there's nobody there. It's not flipping real.
