Been using this pharmacy for months. Have loved it because the girl that worked there was wonderful. She kept my blood thinners on auto refill and always made sure my prescription was up to date. I’ve never had to worry about it. My blood thinners keep my pregnancy and baby healthy. Well apparently they fired the girl for having an excused absence (was in the hospital) and I didn’t know it and they let my prescription go out of date. No apology or anything was given. Even had the audacity to ask what the prescription was for anyways like it wasn’t important. Really put a bad taste in my mouth. Will no longer be using this pharmacy. Was a shame. The lack of care and not being able to keep up with prescription on auto refill was pitiful.

I switched to this pharmacy because I had heard such great things about them, and at for about first year it's been great, but last 4 or 5 refills on my meds I've been gaslighted and made to feel crazy, and they keep making errors on billing and then blaming me for it when I'm sick and get frustrated because I have to fuss with them and my insurance over this one medication every single month when my insurance company agent contacted them last month and let them know it was a covered medication, yet again this month they said my insurance wouldn't pay and tried to charge me for it once again. Then when I raised a Lil bit of a stink over it they once again fixed their error and voile my insurance covered it, and then they gave me over the counter when for over a year I had been getting the prescription strength, which is not the same although they're trying to make me believe it is...if its over the counter then why was it ever in a prescription bottle to begin with Then when I called the pharmacist he put all the blame on me and claimed I was rude and all this and that and wouldn't let me speak otherwise. Rude unprofessional staff!! They make a good bit of money off of me, but I guess they don't need my business anymore!! You make mistakes then want to turn it on the customers!! People who are sick don't feel like dealing with this!!

First of all I want to state I am blind. On January 31st my mom drove me through Macay’s drive through to pick up my prescription. They specifically said it was one medication in that bag, but it was another instead. They tried to pass the blame off onto my mom, and said she should have checked what was in my bag. They called my mom my care taker when I live on my own. Taking that Medicine made me violently sick, and caused me to bust out a tooth. Mccay’s refused to take any responsibility for it. I had been having other problems with them such as, they would have my debit card on file, and let $150 + bills pile up on me. That was the last straw to convince me to leave Mccay’s.

Best hometown pharmacy. The staff are friendly, and the pharmacists are knowledgeable and caring. Wouldn't trust my medication needs with anyone but them! Highly recommend!

Great pharmacy! Had to call around town to find a nebulizer and they were the only shop that had one and it was ready to buy when I got there.

Very friendly staff that looked for something else I needed as well! Would shop here again!
