After waiting over five minutes in the drive-through and giving me the wrong order, I asked for my money back and they refused. I then asked to speak with a manager, and they refused. I can’t believe a McDonald’s with act in such a rude and disrespectful manner. I will not be going back to this specific McDonald’s and I hope the owners take note that their management staff is horrible and takes appropriate actions to make sure they better serve their customers…

Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to, I ordered a “10$ bundle” which came out over 14$ bundle and a happy meal plus two hot and spicies additionally and for 20 nuggets and a happy meal they only gave me 3 sauces and charged me 1$ per sauce ! All because they didn’t want to restock or something mind you the cooks where making fun of my lazy eye as I ordered off the kiosk so I felt embarrassed and ashamed to eat my food let alone the adults leaving their kids alone when my child went to play and the front workers asking if I’m ok every five minutes why are the workers in ur face but not caring about people leaving to their car without their children but acting like it’s a waitress but I can’t get another sauce Have to eat some dry old cold fries with sauce that’s the same price as the fries insane ! And why boycotting y’all you just hire lazy workers I come to eat in so I’m getting a hot meal not so I’m getting some cold food made fun of and overcharged this store needs to do better especially talking about its customers disability ordering from a kiosk not even bothering them as a group that’s bullying and at a workplace to its customer I feel disgusted and will never step foot here again let alone spend money

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a McDonalds. It took 30 minutes to get our food in the lobby, the nuggets were burnt, we ordered 2 cheese burgers with extra pickle and onion they had the speciality tags correct but zero onion or pickle, we ordered a double quarter pounder deluxe with extra onion and pickle it only had one patty and a bag of lettuce no extra pickle or onion. See pictures. I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat. This was a waste of our hard earned money!!!!!!

I usually don't leave reviews for fast food.

All I ordered was a fry with ranch and a sweet tea.
The fry was good. They did not give me ranch *which I would have never "complained" about, but when they charge for condiments, you expect condiments.
When I got to the window this young girl just hands me the tea and says "here" in a rude tone and closes the window. I waited starring at a tinted window for 2 minutes just for the same employee to look at me all snotty when she handed me the fry. It's my fault for coming to McDonald's and expecting Chick-fil-A service.

This McDonald's is extremely clean stop to grab a quick drink and use the restroom didn't get any bad looks from the service people bathroom is very clean and it smelled actually refreshingly add toiletries were stocked have air-dry and paper towels I like having the option of both

Just got home after ordering at mcdonalds.
Terrible experience. I ordered 1/4 punder deluxe, no ketchup no mustard. It should have had mayo, lettuce, tomato. All it had was a ton of onions, cheese, meat!! I had to put Mayo on it at home. I didn't have lettuce and tomato at home. I had to force the burger down. It tasted terrible, but I didn't have anything at home. That's why I went to McDonald's!!!

My kids went there for breakfast and waited 1 hour for their food, which they never got. When I called the employee said that their number was callled. The kids were checking every 5 minutes for the food which they never saw. They even had an employee say they would check but it never came out. No refund was offered.
