Reasonable enough rate, they have a laundry service in the back but the ladies staffing there (specifically who I assume is the owner)

I had gotten weird attitude multiple times and never thought much.

Recently went in with my Psychiatric service dog (for anxiety & ptsd) and they absolutely lost it.

I’m not that upset to take any legal action but I feel bad for the next person with serious disability that walks in.

Would not give them money because of that :/

Machines work good. Large glass windows allow you to sit in your car and still watch your laundry. The staff is always friendly

Absolutely disgusting laundromat. I'm assuming the rating comes from false reviews...

I'll be re-washing my clothes tomorrow after coming here. The washers are dirty, there is ages of other people's laundry detergent stuck in the detergent drawers on the machines. Trash on the ground. Half the machines are out of service (especially the larger ones). The ladies and gentleman that worked there were not acknowledging the existence of customers..

Oh, and the dryers don't dry well at all. And I've now got tufts of other people's hair throughout my "clean" laundry.
This usually happens when people don't empty lint traps.

Will not return. Anywhere else in Humboldt county before I come back here. Go somewhere clean.

75% of the machines are out of order. This used to be an awesome laundromat, but over time the machines started breaking and they just didn't get fixed. Now there are only a few machines left in operation.

Great place, better staff. One thing though, They always have the only working large dryer for blankets going for "drop off laundry." I have to spend my money down the street at the competition when I could be taking care of it in one shot there. Another working dryer would be nice

All but 2 laundry machines were microscopic. A third of the machines were out of order. Almost everyone goes to laundromats with huge loads that could never fit in such tiny machines. The place needs much more big machines

Half the dryers don't work or don't get hot. Try to use the top dryers. The bottom dryers tend not to work as well. Wish there weren't so many broken machines.

This place is great. Nice big washers and dryers. Did notice a few Out of Order signs but there were enough washers and dryers for everyone I saw that came in. This place was busy! The attendant on duty was helpful and friendly. Cost me about $20 for 6 loads. Well lit and clean. Watched the attendant wipe down the machines.
