A Luxurious Treat!

I’m absolutely in love with MEEW Nails! The atmosphere is so luxurious and relaxing—I felt like royalty the entire time. They offered me coffee (with chocolate!) and were screening The Crown, which was such a great touch. The staff treated me like a princess, and the little gift bag at the end completely made my day. I walked in having a bad day and left feeling and looking amazing. Highly recommend this salon for anyone who wants to feel pampered! 💅

I’ve been living in the Bay Area for almost two years, and I finally found a salon that I’m completely happy with 🙂 I got my nails done there for the first time, and the result was incredible - perfect cuticle care and super neat polish. I haven’t had my nails treated this well in a long time. Huge thanks to the girls for both the amazing result and the cozy atmosphere they create in the salon! You walk in and immediately feel the good vibes 🙂

These photos were taken three days after my visit, and my manicure still looks like new even though I’ve been cleaning and doing dishes! It’s like magic 🙂

My first time here was a great experience, was so excited to come back another time but just wanted a regular manicure without the hard gel. Their booking options didn’t seem to offer that but the site does so that’s confusing so I left the second time with no polish for a $70 manicure which is a bit insane - only $10 less than I paid for a manicure with hard gel and gel polish, how is that even possible I booked a Saturday appointment with a master level and was told that person couldn’t honor the appointment but I could come on Sunday. To my surprise on Sunday, they offered no refreshment, could not provide any polish, rushed the service as the tech made four of my nails bleed (edited to show one of which is still doing so hours later) and after all of that charged me a higher price than I booked for after THEY had to change the appointment. Customer service is pretty horrible for a place that hasn’t been open long, sadly will definitely not be back. Now will have to pay the same amount to actually get a polish manicure elsewhere.

Update: As this is my 3rd appointment with this salon. I came to see Olga for the second time. She is very efficient and does beautiful work. I was just disappointed from my last service because at the end of my appointment I was informed I needed to pay an extra $30 on top of the $110 plus tip I was already going to pay due to the fact that Olga fixed all my nails that had a slight curve and straightened them out. I think I would have been more receptive to the additional charge if I was told about it up front and not when I was checking out. Even though they gave me a slight discount to $20, I couldn’t tip as much as I would have liked to due to me always budgeting these appointments. This is my second time seeing her and she never mentioned that she would need to do that type of correction next time. I made another appointment in November because they always deliver consistent work, but I will be trying a different technician next time. As you can see my natural nails have grown so much! Trust the process.

Original review: I have always wanted to try a Russian manicure and was excited to see a new shop opening in Menlo Park. I booked an online appointment with Farah. I was warmly greeted by the owner and her staff. Offered refreshments and was taken a few minutes before my appointment time. Farah was EXTREMELY thorough! Her attention to detail wasn’t only spot on but you could tell she really loves what she does. My nail are in bad shape. The gel builder technique will strengthen my natural nails and get them to the health and length I want. Booked my next appointment before leaving. I can’t wait to trust the process to get to my nail goals! Thanks Farah!

I think I found my new love for Russian manicures. Thank you so much Monica for taking such great care of my fingers. She noticed how fast my cuticles grow, now that I’ve seen her three times, it’s like she knows how my nails and cuticles grow. Everyone here is so sweet and polite. And the owner is so patient and caring. I love coming here!

Meew Studio is my monthly therapy session. A beautiful studio that offers the optimum environment for practicing self-care. The attention to detail is awesome and I feel safe knowing they only use high quality gels/polishes. So far I’ve only had appointments with Anna and Maria-both incredibly sweet.

Since coming here I have been able to grow out my natural nails. No acrylic, no gel-x

Got a natural manicure with a nude polish, and it was done sooo perfectly, cleanly and quickly. The staff was super friendly, and the whole vibe made me feel like I was back home in Ukraine with how perfect the service was 😍😍😍

Also want to say that this salon looks so beautiful that you just want to take pictures of it!!

Anna has worked so hard on making her salon dreams a reality. The space is large and gorgeous. Anna has picked the perfect nail technicians to make all our nail dreams come to fruition. The technique and quality of the services provided is impeccable, very clean and very thorough when preparing nails for polishing. The attention to detail and quality of products used is also unmatched. I will definitely be returning as a regular. Everyone this place is AMAZING, PLEASE go here for all your nail needs!

I love my cat eye jade colored nails! They have absolutely held up these past 3 weeks as well!
