I went to this place before to get my eyebrows threaded and tinted and Pam did amazing. Since I was so happy with them the last time I decided to return, but this time it wasn’t Pam working. The lady who did my eyebrows threaded them well but when it came to tint I asked for just a “little” darker than my natural color which is a very light brown if not blonde. I am blonde and she dyed my eyebrows completely black. I asked her multiple times to try and lighten them up but her efforts did nothing. Frantic, I asked her how i could get them off at home but nothing she or the internet recommended could help. This completely altered my appearance and all I can do is sit it out. I DO NOT recommend this place, all they did was give me a 5$ discount for a service done horribly.

The only place I trust with my eyebrows !!! Pam is amazing and has great customer service. She is great at what she does and makes sure you are happy with the result. My eyebrows are always looking great. Thanks Pam!!

I went in on a Sunday right before their closing time. Usha was super helpful and did an excellent job threading my whole face and eyebrow tint. I’ve been looking for a new spot to go to. Highly recommend. Open 7 days.

All the staff were soooo kind!!! I had got lost and called to see if they would take me still. They said I could come. Pam did such an amazing service. She took her time and made my brows look beautiful ❤️

Trust the overall rating, this place is the golden standard for eyebrow threading. I just left after being serviced by Pam and let me tell you, customer service A+, threading expertise A+, skill set , A++! Gained a regular. She really listened to me and gave her input, also introduced me to a new product.

Finding an eyebrow threading place that can have your eyebrows amazing AND great amazing customer service is very hard in the IE. So glad I found this diamond ❤️❤️❤️

Went in after my shift to get my eyebrows done. Afterwards I took a look at their lip gloss area and all 3 employees stared at me, making me feel very uncomfortable. Staff is very rude and unwelcoming

Had eyebrow threading done. Price was $11 but the lady just wasn't very friendly. Didn't clean my skin before she started. I hate when they don't bother sanitizing first. I wish I had spoke up.
