Mercedes is so sweet and patient. My mom and I came into her shop and had a million questions for my first wig. Mercedes answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed. Her shop is SO cute and clean. A few weeks later, I ordered a custom wig from her shop and OH MY GOODNESS. The hair is so beautiful and such great quality. I get compliments on my hair EVERY DAY. People are shocked when I tell it's a wig because it looks so natural. I am so thankful to have found her shop. I HIGHLY recommend ordering from Mercedes Brown!

If you need a wig, Mercedes is the girl to go to! Her products are top-notch, as is her customer service. She, along with the atmosphere of the store, has a welcoming aura and I can confidently say she has the best wigs I've ever worn.

Mercedes Brown is Awesome! It was my first time visiting her shop and is the most sweetest woman ever. I bought a burgundy lace front and I love it! Plus she gave me free lashes, earrings and a brush for my first purchase. That’s how you should treat any customer at a beauty store. And it’s black- owned ❤️

This shop is awesome! It's beautiful, has great customer service, and the products she sells are worth buying. To me it's more like a all in one shop Where you also can purchase make up, purses and beautiful earnings. Also, you can attend one of her pop up shops Were you can engage in fun, positive, inspiring conversation and have the opportunity to purchase other items from other vendors held on Saturdays. So much going on at this shop you can't go wrong! I hope your experience is just a good as mine.

Beautiful set up in the store! I found a variety of earrings for different occasions along with lipstick for an event. I have also purchased hair and I love the quality of the deep wave bundles I received! Definitely will visit again soon and I recommend others to shop with Mercedes Brown!

Wow! Just wow! The hair, the shop, and all other products are well worth your time. Go see for yourself you'll thank me later. Had the hair almost a month in and it's still gorgeous, silky, and bouncy with great volume. I will buy no other hair but hers just bc the way she carries her shop with customer service, (by itself goes a long way) nerver rude, great quality and great prices. BTW gotta go get that lovely purse i saw so stop by, believe me you'll find much more.

Where do I even begin. I never leave reviews but I love Mercedes Brown hair. I recently purchased the Luxury 12a hair and OMG! I got 3 bundles & kept the hair in for 5 months straight (as a sew in). It remained silky, bouncy & tangle free the entire time. I’ll definitely be reusing this hair!

Amazing place to visit, its more than a shop its a place to network. Owner and staff very professional, friendly, and welcoming. Attended an event promoting "Finding Great Friend" and it was a great opportunity meeting and connecting with professional and mature women. In addition great products to select at reasonable prices!
