Our boys (ages 2 & 3) get their hair cut here by Tina & she does a great job. I trust her to always keep them looking clean and tidy. I feel like it takes a little extra patience and kindness in staff to take on little customers but our family always feels so welcome and cared for when we go to Meridian. I also am always really happy with the cost of the cut, I believe it is around $16-20 per child and that is so reasonable compared to any other place we’ve tried. Booking appointments with them couldn’t be easier.

"I've been a client at Meridian Family Salon for as long as it’s been in business. (That’s a long time!) Between 1995 and now, we’ve done everything from short to long cuts, style changes, special occasions, perms, hair color & highlights, pedicures, and more! They’ve guided my decisions every step of the way and I always end up looking good when they’re done working their magic! The salon owner, Tina, keeps everything modern, up-to-date, clean, and well maintained. I go in to get pampered every four weeks and the atmosphere in the establishment is always relaxed and friendly. I don’t think I could find a better salon. Tina, Lydia, Maggie, and Destiny totally rock! They’re excellent with all age groups, especially children. I’ve watched many times, in amazement, as they put boys and girls at ease and make it a good experience for them. Sometimes I bring my elderly mother, who has dementia, in for a cut & style. They’re so patient and tolerant with us. My mom is very comfortable with Lydia, as she would be with any of the stylists at Meridian. That means a lot to me. It’s clean, bright, nicely decorated, and the prices are very reasonable!! I highly recommend them."

I used to like this place until the last two times I’ve gone and got put with a rookie new girl. My hair is so bad to the point people are pointing out spots that are not even or longer on one side than the other. I also asked to take two 2 inches off my mullet that was about a 10 inches long and got more like 5-6 inches off. For how often I went here and business I’ve given them I expected better. Will be going somewhere else from now on.

Tina the owner here is the best. We have used her to cut our hair and other services since the 90s when she worked at another salon in Pulaski. All her employees are great. Love her personality. Definitely have to go there.

Friendly staff but my hair turned out horrible. Bad color and cut was very uneven. She tried to fix it but no luck. Went to a different salon and they did amazing. Now my hair looks great. So in one week I had to spend over 260 on my hair to make it look better.

I was with a friend when she went her to get her hair dyed, with an appointment. The owner sat my friend at a station that was full of hair from the last client. When my friend commented, the owner told her; ‘that’s from my last client, I was busy eating lunch’. WOW! It takes a whole 2 minutes to wipe the chair and sweep the floor! This owner couldn’t even bother to do that! IF IT WAS MY APPOINTMENT, I WOULD OF LEFT AT THIS POINT. My friend is too nice and continues with the appointment. I am trying to have a conversation with said friend, owner rudely interruptes nurmerous times. Finally, I can’t take it and tell my friend that I am going for a walk. 2 hours later, my friend’s hair is only colored with highlights. Not cut, dry, or styled!!!! In my opinion....so nasty and waste of time!!!!!
