Paola did my hair and she did a great job!! Ask for her! I got bangs, a feathered cut along the front and layers in the back. She washed my hair and took her time!! I haven't had a cut in like a decade so I was super anxious. She made the process painless and comfortable. She got my opinion through every step!!!

I was attended by Miss Alejandra O. I came in for a full head color, bang trim and style. Alejandra is currently on the salon floor and accepting clients. She did an amazing job with my hair color. Choose dark brown with red and violet undertones to cover my old blonde balayage. She also fixed my old bangs to curtain style and styled it to the side. At the end she’s blow dries my hair, then curled it. Final look Gorgeous 😍

I went into the Salon for a scalp cleanse and a hair cut. Ozmin did a great job and I appreciated his attention to detail. The instructor Miss Kass was very attentive and gave instruction where needed. 10/10 great experience.

I've had the best experience here. I'm happy that I chose to attend Milan after considering several other schools. Everyone is incredibly helpful, including Ms. Becky, admissions, and the front desk. Mr. Marco, my instructor, makes class something I look forward to every day and I love watching his demonstrations before getting hands-on experience. He makes us all feel so confident in everything we're learning. I can't wait to begin my career in esthetics!

Alexia did a great job with my hair! I'm in love with it. Tessa (hope I spelt that correctly) assisted and she did a great job as well. The instructor was very knowledgeable and supportive. It was a great experience. Very professional, great atmosphere, and overall great service. I'll be back again. Thank you Alexia, I feel brand new again 🥰.

I had an overall not so great experience, Overall, the receptionist was very helpful even though with an appointment they still had me waiting. I booked an eyelash service, that I feel that, even though they are students, the teacher should be able to help or correct them even after the work is done, not letting them stand on their own because my student who was working on me, walked out due to the length of the service, we were already two hours in and nowhere near done. At the end my eyelashes were stuck together and a new student working on me had to pull out some lashes which hurt. That is where I felt like the teacher should’ve stepped in and just taken over because my water eyes were not enough to express the pain I was in. What made me more disappointed was that I expected a very full set since it was $50 but it only looked like I had for extensions on each eye with big gaps again I feel like here is where the teacher should’ve perfected the work. For lashes, I do not recommend but I also got my nails done and that was a different story my student was really nice took her time & when in need she asked the teacher for help and I appreciated how the teacher perfected my set and even added more bedazzle.

They efficiently managed the check-in process, answered all my questions with a smile, and ensured I was comfortable while waiting.
