I recently had my car detailed here and I couldn't be more impressed! From the moment I arrived, the staff was friendly and professional, clearly taking pride in their work. The attention to detail was outstanding; every nook and cranny of my car was thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out. The shine on the exterior is incredible, and the interior looks brand new. I appreciated the environmentally friendly products they used, too. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Milpitas Auto Spa for anyone looking to give their car the care it deserves. I'll definitely be back!

$10 for a basic machine wash. Employee uses spray to clean all windows before entering the machine. I come back here every time my car needs a wash. Love it!

I've been here once before, and though on the slower side, the staff did a solid cleaning job for me. Not sure exactly what's changed, but I stopped in yesterday (Sunday) for a full service interior/exterior wash. It took nearly 45 minutes for me to leave the car wash. I don't know if there was something going on behind the scenes or what, but they were very understaffed. I waited over 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged me in line, at all. When I went to pay the cashier inside the mini-mart, he was acting kind of off: he gestured that I go to one register, but then put my credit card in the reader on the other register, and turned his back. Just a simple "Oh, I have to use this other reader for your card," would have explained a lot, but I guess I was not so lucky?

Then when the payment goes through, the register prints out a crazy amount of receipts - I think like four - which seemed unnecessary. I finally got out to the waiting area, and my car comes through not too long after. The guys in charge of drying are on top of it (mostly) but the one guy that started the drying process on my car got pulled away by his manager. My car was sitting in full sun, with doors completely open, for over five minutes straight while other employees were busy drying the other cars.

I understand that weekends might be a peak time for a car wash, and of course you get better service if you come during off times...but still.
A weird experience, overall. This is not my first choice car wash on their lack of speed alone, but based on this most recent visit...I'm just a little puzzled.

Went this weekend and it was a subpar job, especially for $45. My car was somewhat dirty- nothing a drive through wash and 5min quick vacuum couldn't fix. Vacuuming job was done well (hence a 2 star review instead of 1). The wipe down was awful. Left the inside of my car and outside trim with many streaks and splatter marks. The steering wheel and seats were covered with a film that made them very slippery. I had to take a rag and buff it out because it was bad enough the wheel was slipping out of my grip. I will not be returning here.

It was my 1st time. Did their cheapest wash, $24.99 with some discount because of gas. They have a chill waiting area outside with a water fountain. The person who finished the wash up did a great job on our old Altima, taking their time and spot checking everything.

Unlimited washes are good but management is horrible. Everytime you need to wait at counter for 5mins. They scan the barcode, take 5mins to print the label and put it everytime on windshield. It kind of old schooled, time consuming, non economical(as paper is getting wasted everytime) and frustrating. Washes are good. One more issue i have with them is. Even it rains pr drizzles for 1min they close the car wash for whole day. Also they close at 5pm thats very early.

Edit - Unlimited Car wash doesnt mean anything. Out of 7 days they are randomly closed for 3,4 days.

Edit - Oct 20th 2023 - I have been with this car wash since 1.5 years. I would say I am fairly satisfied and can give 3 stars. Read above for my previous comments.

Edit - Aug 5th 2024 - Its been more than 2 years I have taken unlimited wash with no gaps. These people are really rude and racist with me. I dont know whether its because I am Indian or they are bored of me to see twice or thrice in week for car wash, I guess they want people should take unlimited washes subscription and then dont come often. The people who works here nobody knows english and they always says some gibberish in spanish as if they are cussing us if asked. They always make me wait more at front and let other cars pass, Today I confronted and the person said, its just 2 mins difference doesn't make any difference. Few people are good there who smiles and give good customer service but others are really bad.
