Oh my gosh! I received absolutely exceptional service this last week from an employee named Kevin, and the next day, 3 other employees in garden helped make my day yet again. Their plant selection and garden shop are fantastic, and very well stocked. Kevin actually walked my family and I around to each item we asked about and knew right where to go and had all the answers to our questions. I used to be a landscaper from age 10-18 and know a lot about plants but not the ones the would thrive in Cambria. He was happy to discuss and show us options and they even had the plants we chose in three different sizes to fit every budget possible.
When in Morro Bay, this ACE Hardware will have my business for life!

I love ACE. Have gone to ACE all over the country and this is definitely one of my favorites.

The staff is friendly without being annoying.

The garden center is to die for. Giant barn like arched entryway. Well organized sections with plants in a variety of sizes.

3” succulents that are HUGE.

Pottery in a wide range of colors. Even yellow.
Great selection of hooks, hangers and pegboard supplies.

Apparently YETI is now selling buckets. 🤪😆😆😆

I walked into Ace with a unique set of nuts and bolts needed for RV repairs. A gentleman working in the hardware section offered to help and found the exact replacements I needed in minutes. I was thrilled. This is why I value Ace hardware. Exceptional customer service. Then I went to the lumbar section to get a section of wood. I picked a plank on top of the wood stack and the assistant asked me to pick another plank because he couldn't move it. (Really?) At this point, I'm thinking this is the most inept and incompetent person to work for Ace. So I proceeded to move a few planks next to the one I selected and move it for him. Overall I value Ace and appreciate their customer service. What otherwise would have been a perfect 5 star customer service was tainted by a lackadaisical employee who clearly has no interest in working for his employer.
