I've spent thousands of dollars here over the years and the three times I've had an issue with a product I've been met with an incredible amount of disrespect. I've never even asked for a refund, I've always just tried to give the cashier a "heads up" about it but every single time I've been immediately yelled at and told that I must be lying, that it's my fault somehow, etc. No one that spends the kind of money I did at your establishment is trying to scam you for one vape a year, let alone an $8 kratom shot that you sell for $10.

You really need to stand behind the products you sell, but if you refuse to do that, you need to learn how to speak to people and not throw a defensive tantrum when someone is trying to warn you of a defective product. I bought a kratom shot today that was refilled with just water. Really sketchy.

The prices here are also really high.

Cashier needs to learn some respect, show some restraint, and humble himself. I will be taking my business elsewhere going forward. I tried my best to support this business despite paying much more than local competition, but I will no longer tolerate the unhinged attitude and lack of appreciation for good customers.

Edit: I took out the worst parts out of respect for the owner who has always been a good guy.
That being said, I didn't realize the product was just water until after I drank it. I didn't think to inspect it as thats never happened to me and I've purchased over 1,000 of those bottles. I never asked for a refund either, I was just trying to warn your guy so it wouldn't happen to someone else and he started talking to me like I was a child and an idiot. Then he started offering an exchange while talking over me and telling me over and over again how he's only going to do it once, then he said not at all since it's empty. I didnt even want an exchange because it was empty, I was just trying to warn you guys. I wouldn't have drank the water if I knew, but why would I assume you're selling water in the shots? You should be inspecting the products you sell, not me.

He's done this before too when you used to sell vapes. I mentioned that one was defective and kept auto-firing and instead of saying "hey I'm really sorry about that but it's a manufacturer issue" he started insinuating that I was a liar and said "no one else has ever had a problem" (BS its a super common issue) and started yelling at me again. He shows no respect to good customers. I'm not one of the local scammers and don't appreciate being treated as such. I'm still not going to be coming back to your store. Three times being treated like that is too much.

I’m a regular here I love to his place he loves his regulars he works with people he is sweet and kind the only thing is try to not come between 1-2 ish because he takes his daily pray and is usually closed to do so but other then that he’s awesome even when I might be short here and there he always helps me out no matter what and he’s super patient and funny 😄 I love it here I come every day and some times a few times a day and he’s always a friendly face ❤️😊 highly recommend and customer service is great
