Fraud ------Miss India Threading (Address: 18423 Pioneer Blvd, Artesia, CA 90701  )is an old but fraud shop. The lady owner always cheats on new customers. The old customer is fine because they know In and out perhaps the first experience was the same with all old customers. I went for purchasing Sindur she gave me at 4.75 where it was marked as 2.99. my wife did not realize while purchasing but when I told her she tried to return but the owner denied to return. I call consumer court but they don't take consumer cases less than $ 10. As per the USA act, any fraud less the $10 paid in cash is not admitted for legal action. I am also done one mistake that I did not pay by card. if I pay by a card that will be taken as legal action by the consumer court. Consumer court admitted this as fraud note and give note no Art34658281. whenever you doing complain fraud for this shop please take ART no as reference .please keep in mind pay by card always in this store no cash and be careful if you are dealing with lady owner. she might fraud you. Add a picture for evidence -- Also want to address that all the employees on that shop are illegal to work without paper and paid cash. I will do separate complain soon to the USA labor board of Investigation.

Told me $25 for full face than charged me $55 never going back! Horrible threading place.

The female owner of this store is really rude. I came to do eyebrows. Signed in. She didn’t acknowledge me. I sat for 10 min while 3 staff helped one women try and find bangles. Still no one addressed me. When I finally stood up to leave she turns to one of the women and tells her to help me with my eyebrows before I go. The staff was attentive to my eyebrows. As I went to pay the owner refused my 10$ bill because it was wrinkled. She demanded I give her the 20$ in my wallet instead. I told her money is money and she then blamed her 80+ year old mother. Saying her mother wouldn’t accept my wrinkled 10$ bill. Honestly I rarely write reviews. But this lady was so rude I felt my experience needed to be told.

WORST PLACE EVER. I had my my eyebrows threading done today. Such poor place, and greedy people. They just want to make money, don’t really care about their job. I DON’T RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL.

Other reviews say the same thing but the lady that runs this store is incredibly rude and unpleasant. Her prices are outrageous too. Save some time, stay away!

Rude & fraud! The owner did my eyebrows, upper lip & chin. When she was doing my chin, it started to hurt. I asked her to be more careful as the thread is cutting my skin. She started yelling at me on how this is normal & I should know that. It is not normal to get cuts! And you shouldn’t yell on your customers. When I went to pay by card, she charged me 3 times her initial quote. She said the quote was for cash. (No she hadn’t mentioned it was a cash quote at the start). SKIP THIS PLACE!!

Go anywhere for threading but not here. She charged my $7 for upper lip and didn’t do a great job. Glad I didn’t get my eyebrows done as she insisted. Avoid.

Horrible experience! The older lady (possibly the owner) is extremely rude and unprofessional. The accessories we bought was from an old inventory and missing a piece not to mention extremely overpriced. I went back to get the receipt ( which she did not give at first ) to check the bill amount and was shocked to see what they had charged-which was 10x the items generally priced anywhere else. I immediately asked for the refund and she refused and rudely yelled at me to WAIT in front of all other customers. When I confronted her and asked her to be polite, she tried selling me other items for the same value. I said I wanted to return the stuff and get my money back. And she proceeded to insult me by asking as if I was buying something for the first time and don't know how things work here ? What kind of language is that? She had no intention to refund my money and outrightly denied being rude. I asked for the items and she said she doesn't have them. Later, she found them and we took them and left the shop. I will never be going to that shop again and highly suggest all people to avoid this place. It is a total rip off!! Deserves to have negative rating if possible.
