I had a terrible experience at this dermatology office. Over the phone, they told me they accepted my insurance, but when I arrived, they claimed they didn’t and told me I would have to pay $105 out of pocket. I was extremely upset because I traveled all the way from Mobile, AL, specifically to see this doctor since no one in my area accepted my insurance.

On top of that, the service was awful. The staff was unprofessional, and the doctor didn’t examined my skin. He asked only two questions before immediately pushing treatments with serious side effects, without considering my concerns. When I told him I preferred a cream over pills or other invasive treatments, his attitude completely changed. He gave me no clear instructions on how to use the cream, no details about the chemical peel, and no next steps for my treatment.

I left feeling unheard, frustrated, and completely dissatisfied. I would not recommend this office to anyone looking for thorough and professional dermatological care. (Dr.O)

I have stage 3 hidradentitis suppurativa and several different kinds of eczema. It has drastically changed my quality of living and life. Dr. Odgeron goes above and beyond for me every visit. He is the only reason I'm still living at all. I wish every Dr had his compassion, understanding, and knowledge. If I could rate Dr. Odgeron 100 stars, I would. He is gentle with a great bed side manner. I prefer to have surgery with him rather than my general surgeon who puts me to sleep. Can't say enough good things about Dr O.

They are really awesome!!! It was quick and very through and an awesome experience!!! My daughter's face started clearing up as soon as they evaluated her skin condition and wrote her a prescription. It started working immediately! Great place! I definitely recommend them!

The front desk was hit or miss. Some were more friendly than others and only if they wanted to be. I had to wait a while but it was worth it for Nurse Mary. She was so kind and personable. She was also very knowledgeable and helpful. She answered all of my questions thoroughly. Then, after she came up with my treatment plan, she said she would make sure that the medications she recommended were covered by my insurance...wow! That meant so much to me since usually I have to do all of that work. So happy with her services and look forward to seeing her again!

Had to wait 40 minutes to be seen despite having an appointment.

The actual visit was fine. In and out and pleasant.

Billing took three days of me calling and leaving messages to get back to me on an issue when I received a bill a month later with a questionable medical code and a copay charge, despite having paid my copay in the office the day of my appt. Luckily I paid with a debit card. Nurse will say, "Billing and medical codes aren't my area, you need to talk to Billing." Billing will say, "The nurse says the bill is correct, so . . ."

Pay attention to your bills from here, including the medical codes used to charge you and your insurance. You might also want to pay your copay with a debit or credit card so you have proof of payment if they try to bill you for a second one.

Poor customer service. Came in for consultation for surgery. Doctor suggested a new drug but Im reliable to pay 250 for blood work just to try the new drug. Decided to go ahead with the surgery, nurse inform me that I had to do the consultation all over again and pay the same co-pay over. Plus, refuse to give me my medical record saying that its against HIPPA law to provide Me with my OWN medical record, 😔😔😔. I just gave my money away with no results.

The Pascagoula office is not the best, but the Biloxi office is wonderful. They do have an answering service based out of La that handles their scheduling; I’ve never had a problem. Dr. Tran is thorough, competent and personable.

My physician found this place for me. I had blisters on both of my hands so bad that vasiline would literally burn my hands if it touched them. I came to this place an I will and have recommended this place to alot of my friends who needed to see an dermatologist.. Thank you so much for healing something I thought woukd be impossible.
