I had the Serenity package, and it was the best value-for-money treatment I’ve ever had. The spa is impeccably clean, the staff is professional and kind, and the treatment itself was superb. I could tell they genuinely care about every detail of the experience. It completely changed my perspective on the benefits of deep scalp cleansing. Definitely worth the money!

While I didn’t initially feel like my service in particular lived up to my initial expectations i am very impressed that Gabriella the manager/owner of the spa really takes earning my business to heart. She saw my review and immediately called to remedy the situation and discuss my feedback. I am genuinely excited to try the service again with one of the technicians she recommended and I really feel so impressed by her communication before and most importantly after the service. This is a newer spa and while they are still working out some of the details of their services I can see why they have earned the 5 star feedback. I am excited to visit again soon. Edited to add: After i got home and showered and styled my hair it was soft and manageable. I think a good add-on extension to the service would be a blowout following the head spa so the results can be fully appreciated and enjoyed.

I did the 2hr experience yesterday. I was super excited since I suffer from dry scalp. I loved the atmosphere and the customer service was amazing. Unfortunately, there wasn't much scalp massaging done. I've been to a headspa in Japan and the person there was massaging my head with her fingertips the entire time. I felt like at Mizu, it was more water than massaging with fingertips like I thought. Also, there is no detangling done and I have super curly hair so my hair is all matted and dried out from this 🙁 I'm still happy I tried it and would still recommend it to others. I would not recommend to people with curly hair through.

Edit: Updating my review to 5 stars after Gabriella, the office manager, called. So kind and accommodating, I'm honestly blown away by the service. That alone is enough for 5 stars but also the fact that they really want to make it right and cater to ALL hair textures is amazing. In fact, they are ordering products specifically for curly hair and will use that on me next time! I'm soooo impressed with the above and beyond service!

What a lovely experience! I booked the tranquility package which was a lovely mix of massage, facial and hair treatment. I felt so at ease and relaxed. They did the hair analysis before and after which was very cool to see. Definitely will be returning soon

Holy MOLEY! I cannot recommend this experience enough. It was such a luxurious treatment and well worth the price for the amount of product and number of steps involved. I love that they have a 2 person option. It was a great way for my visiting friend and I to treat ourselves. I still can't believe how clean my scalp and hair feel! I'll be booking another service in a few months for sure.

I had the best time at Mizu head Spa, it was such a relaxing experience, I can’t wait to go back! It was my birthday and they had champagne and chocolates for me, I felt very special. I highly recommend the place.
