Mindi is very knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. I see her every 4 weeks for waxing and facial. She is friendly and makes me feel very comfortable. Her facials are amazing and if you get a chance try the aromatherapy touch service, also amazing!

To top it off she even goes as far as explaining how each thing works, and if she doesn't know a specific to something, she'll do research and follow up with you.

Mindi holds nothing but integrity and respect to each client. Mindi will even go off recommendations from your dermatologist, and if (you) are transparent with her by letting her know you're seeing a dermatologist she follows up with you after your dermatologist appointments to ensure theirs no adjustments that need to be made to your treatment plan with her.

I had a traumatizing experience at M.Naturals Spas. Mindi consulted with me and encouraged her Superfrecator irregularity removal treatment for my mild hyperpigmentation on my back (conveniently also her most expensive treatment). I received the treatments and took proper care during healing. Quickly after, all of my hyperpigmentation came back even bigger and darker due to her treatments… Turns out, according to her Superfrecator educator who I was able to talk with, Mindi was trained to educate clients with darker skin types & people of color like me (Fitz 5) that this can cause terrible post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH) for up to two years. And for some, it could never go away because all bodies are different. Mindi never discussed hyperpigmentation being a risk during our first consultation, let alone me being at a higher risk because I am a person of color. Clients deserve this informed consent. I was not informed that signing consent meant that I would potentially be giving up months to years if not my whole life with a defaced back. I wish I could turn back time because all this business has caused is more damage to how my skin appears, made me feel less beautiful and ultimately given me a reason to hide my body.

I asked for a refund, to which she responded that I signed a consent form and notice of non responsibility so my “request for refund is null and void”. My dermatology team advised that I do not see Mindi for any more services after analysis of my skin. M.Naturals Spas immediately went to the extent of deleting their social media and now just has a private facebook group to hide from reviews like this one. Let my story be a reminder to read the fine print and seek estheticians that are honest about treatment risks, well-educated in their specialties and care about their clients’ well-being. If you are a Fitzpatrick Skin Type 3 or higher, you are at risk of the same results as me.
