I’ve seen clips of students here on social media that don’t wear gloves. I know it’s different for every school but i’m sorry no gloves ESPECIALLY when waxing is absolutely unsanitary and disgusting. this school is setting up students for failure. Pressing down on someone’s underarm after taking off a wax strip with no gloves is insane. does this school not teach anything about sanitation? infections? diseases? cross contamination? Anything?

If I was able to give it 0 stars I would. They don’t take appointments. Tell you to come between a certain time. You go now they only have one girl out of a whole school with people walking around everywhere that can do your hair. Unprofessional would rather sit in the office gossip and eating as if they not running a hair school. This is my 2nd time trying to patronize whatever you call this place and never again. I called to make sure it was ok to come before I drove across town to learn it’s not. Paul Mitchell would never! And that’s why I should have went where I knew I would receive professional service unlike this place.

If I could give a negative number, I would! Took my son to have his hair done and the student assigned to him started making comments on the floor about the style. She felt that the style chosen was going to take more time than what the school was charging and proceeded to have an inappropriate conversation as we stood at the counter getting ready to pay. Needless to say we canceled the appointment. We have never experienced this at the school on Colerain. I was able to talk with the manager and she was great!!!

If i could give no starts, I absolutely would but 1, I guess will do. The way I was treated when I went to tour this school was unbelievable! The owner Patty is a miserable, mean old lady and she was rude and nasty to me from the minute I sat down in her office. I ended up walking out within 5 minutes of being there because of how rude and condescending the owner was talking to me. I’m surprised Patty still has her job because if she has treated anyone else how she just treated me they’ve lost A LOT of money and potential students. I would not recommend this school to ANYONE! Don’t waste your time or energy!!!!

The students are not bad. It's the nasty staff,I had to walk out.The receptionist tried to tell me how to get my hair done. I was flabbergasted,I can do my own hair at the end of the day. Do not waste your time or money with these people. Last but not least they tried to over charge me with no price list, listed. I was charged 10 one day the next you tried 18 😂🤣😭. Now I'm telling google about it Facebook and maybe the BBB. Have a good weekend though 😍🤩

Don’t even waste your time. I was enrolled in the esthetics program for roughly 7 months and it was an awful experience. I had 3 different teachers, owner constantly stealing money from you if you don’t stay on top of everything, no one wore their masks properly or “social distanced” so we constantly had to zoom. The current esthetics teacher (Ms. Kittles) is unprofessional and if she didn’t use something in her own spa (example: rotary brush or ultrasonic) then she refused to teach you. She is new to teaching so there was no structure the entire time I attended this school. There was no makeup available the whole 7 month period so I never learned how to apply makeup. Honestly, I didn’t learn numerous things that were in the curriculum or what I was supposed to learn while I attended this school. The school is unsanitary. Full of drama, Patty (owner) enrolls so many students at once that there was not enough seats for everyone so she kicked students out of the classroom to the cosmetology floor regardless if they didn’t even finish learning the last few chapters. I could go on but I think you get the point. This school is money hungry and does not care whatsoever about your education.

I been going to moler for YEARS. I believe that it is still a nice school, only thing is they have taken Hair school to a different place. They don't put you under dryers anymore and I remember the Marcel iron got your hair straight different irons put the definition in your style. Now everyone uses the same flat iron which doesn't help if you can't flat iron the hair from jump. No oil sheen to look glossy .
I was very dissatisfied I felt I paid for something I could've done at home.
But I guess that's how things are now RUSHED NO REAL CONCERN ABOUT HOW CLIENTS FEEL ANYMORE ABOUT THE SERVICE THEY RECEIVE ..
